Ivy Pointe Senior Apartments

"My parents moved into Ivy Pointe Senior Apartments about six weeks ago. They left a home where they had lived for 60 years, so it was a very big and difficult decision for them to move into a senior community. Ivy Pointe is an ideal place for them! Their apartment is beautiful, as are the common areas of the building and the grounds. Amanda, the property manager, is FANTASTIC! She made the decision and the move very easy for all of us. All of the folks in the building are friendly, and there are many activities and amenities. The building and their apartment are fully accessible, which was important to us. We are so pleased with Ivy Pointe and thrilled that we found such a lovely place for mom and dad. They are happy!"

"My younger sister and I (in our 70s) moved back to our hometown of Cincy from South Florida. We were delighted to find Ivy Pointe so close to family members. Amanda, the Resident Director, helped us in every way understand the benefits of living here at Ivy Pointe: reasonable rent, which includes heat/ac/electric, cable, in apartment washer-dryer, walk-in showers, emergency pull, community room/patio, exercise room, parking, pets allowed, activities and is devoted to seniors. WOW...and we were even more delighted to find a deck or walkout patio and all modern/new kitchen with lots of pantry space and spacious bedrooms and living/dining room area. ...And a beauty/pedicure salon and coffee shop in the building. Ivy Pointe has earned the 5 star rating from us because Management under Amanda’s leadership has not missed a beat. Under Covid months, she took all steps to ensure we were safe in following the State guidelines and still does, and she eased up when guide-lines eased up and even had hallways and common areas sprayed/sanitized and cleaned. Larry, the Maintenance Engineer, has always been professional and attends to resident’s maintenance calls promptly and with much kindness and expertise. In 2-1/2 years I have needed Larry for repairs only 2-3 times. The resident community is friendly, inclusive, active and several residents volunteer for planned events. My family is very glad we live here also. For those who need transportation, Clermont County senior center bus comes right to the front door (by appointment) for medical and personal trips. "I love Ivy Pointe! I've been an apartment dweller for the past 30 years, and this is the best! The people residing here are wonderful, and the staff-Amanda & Larry are professional and friendly. Management has insured we're safe in the Covid period, and when there was ice and snow on the walks and parking lot, they made sure there was a plow truck and salt. This is my favorite apartment I've ever had."

"My father lived at Ivy Pointe for almost a year before he had some medical issues and had to be moved to an assisted living facility. The staff members at Ivy Pointe were always very friendly, helpful, and personable, even during the troubling pandemic. My dad is in a wheel chair and they went out of their way to ensure he could access his shower. Parking was never an issue for us, there was always ample parking available even during covid when no one was going out. My dad hopes to return when his health improves and loved living at the community. Very homey, friendly, and welcoming."
