"I have visited this property several times since my family member made the poor choice to move here. When my family member first moved in my husband and I noticed that the balconies under their apartment and on the lower level across from their had trash and disgusting full garbage cans filled with trash and old stagnant water on them all the time. My husband and I could not believe that this was allowed. Things never get fixed. Some of the apartments have bed bug problems and management and corporate are aware of this and still allow people to move in and refuse to address the issue. This place can renovate as much as they want they are trying to cover up bug problems and poor management. Terrible!!!!"

"UPDATED: This apartment complex behind our home is denying responsibility for trees on their property now, after taking responsibility when a tree fell on the trailer next to us in 2020 they fought with sharon mobile home park about who owns the trees between the apartments and the trailer park and found out that the apartment complex owned the trees, so they had the rotten tree cut down, and payed the owner of the trailer park. We asked if they could trim the other tree away from our home while they were here, but they said they were only told to cut the one tree. My wife and I have been complaining about the trees for 4 years or more, walnuts falling and damaging our home and could possibly kill us or our dogs, but they won't do anything about it. Fast forward to now, on 6/13/2022, 2 limbs broke off the tree and landed on our home, it put 2 holes in our roof and busted two joists in the ceiling. The property management's insurance company is saying that they have no liability and that the trees sit on an area that is shared between property mgmt and Duke Energy, and that Duke is responsible for trimming the trees near power lines, but they are underground lines to the back of the trailer park. So, THANKS FOR NOTHING Colonial Garden's!"
