"We have just renewed our lease for our 3rd year living here and have loved every minute of it. The Maintenance and office staff are always polite and respectful. If we ever have any issues they are very fast responding and fixing the problem. One of my favorite things about living here is they are always making the community here better. They always have little events going on in the clubhouse for holidays or just small get togethers for us to get to know the staff more or other people who live here."

"I would not be living here if it weren't for Stephanie and Alex. I cannot express how grateful I am to these 2 amazing women and their team. On the VERY FIRST day I met Stephanie, she said she had my back. I was certain she only said it to be nice and was like every other manager out there who only said those words to make themselves look good, but I was SOOOOOO wrong. Stephanie is such a genuine, kind, and amazing person who means what she says. When she said she had my back, she absolutely proved it, as did her team. Windridge Townhomes is a beautiful place to live at. The little playground is always filled with kiddos, so if you have any children, they will certainly have friends to play with and you'll get to meet many parents and make friends. It's a clean place as well and the Maintenance Guys are quick to help in whatever your home may need assistance with. If you're looking for a home, please come to Windridge. "Let me start off by saying the staff at Windridge are great! Stephanie helped me, provided me tons of information, helped me throughout the application process, showed me the model townhome, and really took her time with me! I called her several times to ask her questions that I forgot to ask initially, she was super patient, super helpful, and quick to respond! Aside from her excellent service, she was kind, poured me a cup of coffee, and really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and ready to begin the process. Aside from the staff I encountered, the properties are all extremely well manicured, gorgeous landscaping as well as a fishing lake. Go check them out today, I promise, you won't regret it! I have not had to call maintenance, however, I've heard great things about the maintenance guy from other residents. If I could give a 10/5 star review I would. I highly recommend when you call, ask for Stephanie!"

"Do not live here. I lived here for 2 years and had a nice experience, but moving out has been a nightmare. Out of nowhere, I was sent a bill for $900 to replace all of the carpet (even though I have record of the maintenance team saying it needed to be fully replaced anyway upon move-out due to the AC unit flooding multiple times) and an additional $900 fee for an improper move out notice although I also have record of giving notice on the proper date to the property manager. This bill was sent 30 days after I moved out and included a statement at the bottom that it would be sent to collections if not paid within 30 days of move out. I had no time to dispute or pay anything (even if the charges were correct) due to this and have now been sent to collections falsely. I have not been able to speak to the property manager directly, and I have been told to speak to their lawyer as they refuse to correct the mistake."
