Corbly Trace is a welcoming and affordable seniors-only apartment community located at 6416 Corbly Road in Cincinnati, Ohio. Our residents must be 62 years or older to live in our spacious and comfortable apartments. Rent at Corbly Trace includes all utilities such as air conditioning, heat, and electricity, making budgeting easier for our residents. Each apartment features an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining area. The bathroom is equipped with a convenient walk-in shower for easy access. Residents can control their own heating and air conditioning within their apartment.
To qualify for residency at Corbly Trace, individuals must meet HUD guidelines and pay 30% of their adjusted annual income as rent. We are a pet-friendly community, allowing cats and small dogs under 30 pounds with a refundable pet deposit. Our building has on-site maintenance and 24/7 security monitoring for our residents' safety and peace of mind.
Residents can enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds and common areas for socializing, watching TV, playing games, or reading in the on-site library. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on the second floor, and residents receive a laundry card for easy payment. On-site parking is available, including the option of a carport rotation. Each apartment has ample storage space with four closets for residents' convenience.

"I've had my application submitted for an apartment at Corbly Trace Apartments for one and a half years. I have contacted them numerous times to see when an apartment would be available with the last time in November. I was told there were four applications before me and it would be from two to four months. I received a letter today, January 13, 2018, saying my "recent" application had been denied due to my "credit rating which didn't meet their criteria." There is a very good reason why my credit isn't top notch but I wasn't given the opportunity to explain. The letter did say I could respond but I don't think it would do any good. I feel it is quite unfair that I have been waiting for one and a half years thinking I would get an apartment only to have them finally write saying I was denied one. My life has been on hold all this time when I could have been looking elsewhere. I would like to know why the letter said "recent" since I submitted my application June 16, 2016. Why couldn't my credit rating have been checked then and why did it take the office manager, Chris Myers, so long to do so! I am totally disgusted with Corbly Trace and the way I have been treated.
