Residences at DeSales Plaza

"Wonderful, unique residences here with covered parking and an elevator, in the middle of this vibrant neighborhood. The place is well taken care of and clean, and they are large, comfortable apartments. Most of these places have beautiful views of the neighborhood. Maintenance staff is friendly and kind and best that si have ever experienced at any place that I have rented. The building owner is extremely responsive and active in the East Walnut Hills neighborhood. You are surrounded by great restaurants (Mochiko,Solstice, Hello Honey, HeyDay Hamburger, and wine bar (Symposium), and all the great bars along Woodburn. Great views, great neighbors, covered parking, elevator. Both the office and maintenance staff are a pleasure to deal with."

"My girlfriend and I moved to Cincinnati a year ago from out of state for work and are incredibly glad we chose DeSales Plaza. Sarah gave us a virtual tour of the unit and worked with our schedule. The Plaza has a very large elevator and made moving in all of our furniture very easy. Our unit on the 3rd residential floor had brand new carpet, was freshly painted, had stainless steel appliances, and in-unit washer and dryer. The units on the 3rd floor also have balconies, electric fireplaces, and vaulted ceilings in the living room. Parking at the Plaza comes with free underground parking and there is always extra parking for guests on the upper uncovered level. You also have access to the amenities of the other buildings that includes two gyms, two clubhouses, a pool, grills, an outdoor fireplace, and dog park. The staff is very friendly and prompt with any issues that arise. The property also does social events 4+ times a year with free drinks, food, and entertainment that helped us meet new friends. For us the location is perfect as it close to Cincinnati Children's Hospital and the University of Cincinnati, as well as a 10 minute drive to Over-the-Rhine and downtown. There are also nearby restaurants, bars, and shops. The Plaza is across from a church that does have bells that play often, but you get used to it. There is also a Fire Department down the road so hearing sirens is not uncommon."

"I lived at Flats 1 before moving to a 2-bedroom here in Plaza. The staff has been consistently great, and the maintenance people go far out of their way. Currently Don and Tim, but Steve and Glen were also great. We've had hot water heaters replaced proactively and never had any issues that were not dealt with very swiftly by the staff. The residents are pretty quiet and friendly. Some older people, some medial residents/grad students, a few UC professors, even had a few young families that lived here a bit with young children. Overall very peaceful place to live and great to be able to walk to bars, some very nice restaurants, nice neighborhoods for walking. Direct and very quick bus routes to UC, Children's, downtown etc. Very quick access to 71. So happy I've lived at DeSales Plaza/Flats for 5+ years. Again, solid units, very well maintained, BEST staff at the office and in maintenance. Sarah and Noah are awesome."

"Moved into Desales Plaza a month ago. Loving the location and the entire staff is professional, kind, friendly, and efficient. Apartment has needed some minor tweaks that Sarah, Don, and the staff have responded to very quickly. The building is well maintained. Prior to moving in, the apartment was equipped with new appliances and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. This is a great place to live with a friendly and professional staff."
