"I lived here for about 8 years just because I was too lazy to look for somewhere else. When I first moved in I saw roaches and my neighbors did too. The apartment sprayed often but it didn’t work. My brother in law put something down for the bugs and i didn’t have the problem anymore......they gave me 40 days to tell me they were not going to renew my lease and to call if I have any questions. Management got back with me a week later and said they weren’t going to renew my lease because they needed to do maintenance to the apartment and they denied me an extension."
"They will end you lease after fourteen year with NO explanation."
"Fantastic location, leasing manager is super friendly, and it’s quite affordable. Not much to complain about. Also close to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and gyms."
"Don't rent here!!! You will have to take them to court to get your deposit back No matter what... Maintenance comes in when they please. Office Manager is a bitch!! No matter what happens its "your fault"... They "fine" you money for complaints against you without asking you your side. (Noice complaints when the walls are paper thin) Hallways are filthy, hot water takes forever to heat up if you get hot water at all! Neighbors are rude most likely because they put up with the same bullshit! You don't control your own heat so be prepared to open windows when it gets to hot or freeze your ass off when the temperature drops. If you like to order items online and have them delivered, be prepared to wait by your mailbox everyday for the delivery because if you dont, your package will be stolen and management won't care. Good luck...if you complain about anything it will fall on deaf ears..."
