"Roaches and they'll charge you $300 for not "complying" and prepping your apartment before the exterminator. Even if you comply. They don't care. It's also unsafe for females living alone, a lot of harassment from people in the building and landlord doesn't care."

"This place has recently been brought by Birgo properties they have really cleaned it up if you reach out about anything at all they are fast to resolve the problem! The apartments are affordable and spacious & I always see workers out picking up the parking lot & spraying & working on the landscaping ! Hannah is fast to return emails & very friendly and always pleasant ! I have nothing bad to say and if I did I would tell them and they would fix it . I not seen any bugs in my apartment and they pick the lot up weekly . I am not sure how long they have owned the property but neighbors say they are on it meaning that they are not putting up with the trash ! They send out emails and if your seen not picking up after your dog you get a fine they are working hard to fix it before I moved in coworkers told me they have made some great changes that the property is already improving greatly ! I can tell they wont put up with people being to lazy to walk to the dumpster! Are not pick up after their pets !"

"Disgusting property, garbage everywhere on property, roach issues with pest control visits every other week. Maintenance caulks and paint over everything. Untimely and does not communicate with tenants. I was not informed before or during move in that there was a pest issue- I saw at least 3 roaches every day. Unorganized and unapproachable rude leasing manager whose phone is always off. Unsafe property- no security cameras or lamps outside, men have harassed me and my female guessed, there have been physical fights with threats of gun violence, and packages were stolen and opened. Beware if you are a woman- not safe. The company stole $100 from me. This property and the management caused me a lot of mental distress. And many more issues. I have talked with a former social worker about these issues. I called the number provided two times, left contact info to get a call back and was told a manager would contact me both times, was always told "managers are out of office- no one has contacted me. At first ,I did not leave a comment but due to my notes being ignore I added comments. My review is the ONLY recent review that has addressed as well. Do NOT rent."

"This place moved me into an apartment with bed bugs and cockroaches twice. Parking lot is terrible, broken bottles and trash everywhere. Management is awful and hard to get a hold of, maintenance staff is rude. My packages were stolen and opened 90% if the time. Any review over 1 star is a bot."
