"To tenants,,,,, LANDLORD/TENANT LAW-- You submit your Maintance request if not done in a timely manner or done correctly then you submit a letter to office regarding repairs ( keep u a copy as well of such request with the date and time)they have 30 days to complete repairs of any thing or replace broken appliances if not repairable if repairs not complete in satisfactory manner in 30 days you can start escrow with the court downtown, take pics of things that need repair if u able to as proof to show the court, but in order to proceed with escrow your rent must be current , no gaps in rent payments, must have proof of rent paid since the time you moved in till now, or court may accept 1 year of rent receipts, while escrow is active you still must pay your rent but you give the rent to the court, the court will notified property owner explanation of escrow proceedings,,Very important you pay your rent to the court if not court will discontinue the escrow, then you at risk of getting evicted by owner, the court holds the rent until repairs are made correctly, once repairs are made correctly the court will release the rent to the landlord/property owner. The landlord cannot evict you while you in escrow activity. Make sure you keep you a copy of your Maintance request and letter request with the date on it for your proof. Frm T."

"No positive changes since Geller has taken over. You have to call repeatedly for work orders to be resolved and when they finally do come they act like nothing is wrong. Been out several times repairing the same issues. My stove burner half work. Before I prepare food I have to make sure it's in the slot for the burner to work. That was maintenance solution. Been dealing with that for 9 months now. My kitchen sink been leaking and that's not resolved either."

"Okay! After living here for 2 years I’m back with an updated review. Speaking from my experience only! I recently moved as of 7/30/2023. I rented out 3205 apt 10. Here’s a list of the pros and cons. Pros - quiet - nice neighbors in my building/ loved my neighbors actually! -never had a package stolen -Never seen a roach. - snow ball treats quarterly - Spacious - updated laundry machines so easier to wash now. - communicative office staff. - park for kids. -affordable. - good grounds keeping. - low crime ( there were car break ins but that literally happens everywhere in the area just don’t keep anything valuable in your car.) my car was never broken into. Cons - Horrible parking, not enough spaces to accommodate all residents properly. Most times I would have to park far From my building. And with a small child at night, it just wasn’t ideal. - Pool closed within a month of moving in and has remained closed. So that’s 2 years and counting with no pool. - Boiler heating system so we froze in the winter because we could not control our heat. (Office provided space heaters) - Maintance has been short staffed for the past few months so if it’s not an immediate emergency it’s backlogged. When I left 07/30/2023 my sink was still broken and I put in a request for it to be fixed early March. - A bat got into our building one weekend, I called for assistance and the new maintenance man told me “ it’s Father’s Day” and that he would not be coming. One of our neighbors called someone to get it. - saw and caught a mouse the last month of me being here. I never had mice but in the two years I was here I saw one and one only. I do know they are actively working to rid the issue. Snowball came to treat it. And that’s pretty much all I can think of. It wasn’t a horrible experience but it could’ve been better. I will say 3205 is one of the better buildings in the complex so that’s probably why. Also, any issues I’ve ever had Nate and Jason were always good about communicating with me even if they weren’t able to solve the problem. So If you’re looking to move here good luck! With apartment living it’s a toss up! But My unit wasn’t bad at all, And I’m sure it will be available soon! Best Wishes!"

"Last Tuesday I went into Mayridge and met Stacy! She was very sweet and helpful, the neighbors are very nice as well, one even offered to show me her apartment! Her apartment was really nice and clean! Stacy was very professional! I literally got my approval within 24 hours! The jetty bond system is so helpful as well! I didn’t have to pay a huge deposit! The rent is very affordable and the apartments are spacious and well kept! I can’t wait to move in! That was the easiest stress free process I’ve gone through with an apartment."

"Horrible horrible horrible... They have roaches, hallways stay dirty, and mice. Not to mention there is drug activity that goes on in the parking lot along with car break ins. When I first moved in I had nothing but problems. No refrigerator, stove was dirty not to mention roaches. Jamie the office manager was nice at first upon moving in but her attitude changed once I signed my lease. I will never recommend any of BRG communities to my worst enemy. Once my year lease was up I moved.. Beware!!"
