"Let me start off by saying THANK YOU to Jennifer! She is amazing and very knowledgeable. She answered every email I sent to her quickly and she is super sweet! I absolutely LOVE my new apartment home. The maintenance staff are AMAZING as well. During the bad snowstorm they were outside at 6am making sure all our walkways were clean and salted. The grounds are breathtaking and always spotless! I am glad to call The Vinings my home and I recommend them to anyone!"

"Never move in this place. These apartments are outdated and over priced. When we moved in our rent was less than 1000 but two years later they added more and more to the “utilities bill” until our rent was 1200 a month. The staff is very rude and are never there. Whenever we went to drop the rent off the lady was never there. She must have taken lunch from 11 until 3 cause we could never find her. Before you ask we weren’t gonna leave a check in the mailbox outside for anyone to get. The tap water was very gross and the heat and ac were horrible. The back wall of the apartment was all windows that were very gross I might add. The heat hardly worked and it would cost $300 a month. We had a new born baby so it had to be a good temperature. The vaulted ceiling just took all the heat. In the summer the ac wouldn’t work and it was 80 degrees and we called them to fix the ac but they said they wouldn’t fix it unless there was a heat warning. It was miserable sweating all night and having the baby fuss all night and not be able to soothe him. Next there was a leak in the roof and it came through the the dry wall and started to mold and when they came to fix it a week later the guy just painted over it and didn’t do anything to kill the mold. Also they replaced the roof so from 9 to 6 there was pounding on the roof and for months after I found several nails in the parking lot for everyone to pop tires on. When we moved in half the light bulbs were blown. There was trash on the deck. There was mold in the window ceils. The outside of the windows were gross and we were on the third floor So we couldn’t clean them. The neighbors under us for the first year smoked weed and stayed up all night partying. They would get drunk and throw the cans off their deck in the woods. Then the next people had a toddler that would watch Mickey Mouse club house at 3 in the morning on the loudest volume. These apartments are the worst place to live. Over priced out dated terrible staff and not family friendly at all. Do yourself a favor and buy a house and build equity instead of paying these jokers."

"Been a resident here for almost 2.5 years, our building is quiet, neighbors are generally respectful, and friendly. Jennifer and maintenance are friendly, quick to respond, and professional . Any time I have had a work order it is responded to quickly, with updates as to when things will be fixed, if not done immediately. Lease issues, or non maintenance questions have been handled right away as well. I don’t like to move, so this will be my home till I buy a house of my own."

"We've lived in both the deluxe 1-bed and the 2-bed apartments for 2.5 years now and we love it here at the Vinings! The community is clean, quiet, convenient, and pet friendly. Maintenance is quick, considerate, and thorough. The units are spacious, well-kept, and (mostly) up-to-date. We greatly appreciate the curtesy of the staff and the care they put into their jobs."
