"One of the worst experiences I've had renting. The property manager, Mary Shari, is EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. Essentially most of my appliances haven't worked properly in my apartment for the 2 year span I've lived there (they keep baseboard heating, so you cant control it, and they have the boiler up to the point where its consistently over 75 degrees in my apartment), my shower has never drained, my carpet is coming up at its extremities, and my water is only hot. i cant get cold water to wash my hands unless i run it for a few minutes first. I asked our property manager to meet with me, as i had been having issues for a long time that maintenance requests were not fixing, and she promptly responded "i will not entertain your request for a meeting". i would NOT recommend living here. its cheap, but not cheap enough to live under a slum lord. i've always paid my rent before its due, and never had a noise complaint, so im not sure why this property management company is so awful to me"
