"I would give this place negative stars if I could. Nothing is done in a timely manner no hot water in a building going on at least 2 months. Was told oh he is finishing the install. That was on a Thursday or Friday last week. It's now Saturday and no hot water. Going to see what building inspector and housing authority going to say Monday. Might even find a lawyer."

"There was new management when I moved into my apartment. The place described is completely different from these reviews. Frenchie was very pleasant. Management moved us into great apartment also. I do not see trash every where either. Even the mail man said this place USE to be horrible. I am glad I got here when I did."

"NATASHA lied to us and rented us a leaky apartment with mold and peeling floors and rotten cabinets due to leak for years that has never been fixed. She showed us a different apartment that we would be getting that only needed a few things before it was move in ready, then told us to get the keys to this other one that hadn't been touched since the last two people moved out at all. Beyond disgusted. Bait and switch. Either she lied to us or was just too lazy to go inspect before telling us it's ready, either way is unprofessional and unacceptable. After 5 weeks of complaining and them getting nothing fixed we got a letter to move out in 7 days and owe nothing to break the lease and move out peacefully due to plumbing damages. Well 7 days after we got out of there she sent us a bill for $7,000. Now if she sends anything to collections we've got the lawyer on speed dial to go after her specifically for sending us these letters signed her own name to harass and intimidate us. She bribed us after 2 weeks to get me to remove my google review telling all the nasty things about this place and her specifically, she said remove for less money owed for july and I regretfully agreed. Well here's your negative review back. Her name was on both letters, this was no accident or mistake it's just the type of person that she is and what she will put you through if you aren't quiet and roll with the punches that this place will give you day after day. Lots of mold smell as soon as you enter these buildings. Stains allover carpets lining lining walkways and steps leading to your apartment, usually have to step past a pile of puke or a used drug needle. Hallways have terrible smell just outside your apartment door and it surely leaks in. Cops here everyday. You'll see lots of drug deals in the parking lot and people on heroin passed out on their steering wheel. Not to mention the naked war vet who likes to start nonsense. Save your time and money and stay far away from this place if you have any brains this is the worst and nastiest ghetto apartment we've ever seen. Natasha wont be getting this review removed this time, our voice will be heard and we will have the last laugh. This place needs torn down and Natasha belongs in jail. Do not trust this woman. Needs new office management immediately!"

"Do you like mold and horrible management? Move to magnolia Pointe! Here you get mold, everywhere. Even under the paint! Something breaks? Well you have the "lovely" Natasha here who won't put in a work order for maintenance to come till you have called every day for weeks! And then she also makes sure they don't have proper tools so they end up breaking it even more! Do you also enjoy paper thin walls and ceilings/floors? Well you'll love it here, you can hear every foot step of those above you. Every word spoken, and even the man beating his dog next door! For real though we have reported all the issues we have had and nothing has been done. Natasha promises maintenance will come and they never do because she isn't telling them anything. Then she claims it'll be a while because they have 64 work orders and 2 maintenance people. Also false advertising!!! The kitchen only has one set of counters, very little storage space, sloppy paint job, wiring is awful and even moved into here with wires cut and sticking out of the wall. They dont let you see the actual apartment youll be renting, youll see a model that looks so much better with things in it you wont have. If i had known the apartment im moving into would have stained carpet, bad paint, and all these other issues I wouldn't have! Avoid this place unless your on a super tight budget and can't afford any other place, but rent is going up anyway so it'll be just as high as the other apartments. Have fun!"
