"Worst place I've ever lived. Can't get a hold to anyone in the office. Moved me in a vacant apartment that was never cleaned. Bug infested, mouse infected, drama infected. Constant police callings, fights, shootings. The newest property owner is a slum lord just like the previous ones. Over charging for rental prices. 2bedroom damn near 1k. I really dont have much good to say about this place. The pool was never fixed so we were paying for a pool (in our lease) that truthfully never existed . Sheesh I could keep going, but yal get the point. DO NOT MOVE HERE."

"This What You Get When Living On the Bottom Floor For The clearpointe woods buildings and they still didn't repair . Just keep drying the human waste infestated apartment . Also they are filled with mold so do waste your time and money! I was pregnant having to live in this they were not even willing to emergency move me !"

"This apartment complex is a huge waste of time and money. If I could rate zero stars I would. From the get go, this apartment complex has been a complete nightmare! When I called to get information, I left voicemail after voicemail but never actually got a call back. Finally I just showed up there to get more information. The property manager let me look around the leasing office that was supposed to be very similar to their actual apartments. Fast forward a couple weeks, I arrange a date to sign my lease. During this time I was told I would have a dishwasher and my apartment would be move in ready at 8 a.m. January 8th. Somebody was living in the apartment at that time so I couldn't view the actual unit. January 8th comes around, I show up at 10 am, 2 hours after they said it would be move in ready, and it was NOT move in ready. There were paint buckets, brushes, and tarps in the living room and bedroom. There were light fixtures laying on the ground. The oven was broken. Nothing was cleaned. Worst of it all: THE APARTMENT WAS INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES! I promptly went to the property manager to have these issues resolved. Their idea of taking care of the roaches was wiping everything down with multipurpose cleaner, which did NOTHING. On top of that there were several maintenance issues I reported in January (clogged bath tub, light fixtures needing replaced, broken towel bar, broken oven, broken blinds upon move in, etc). It took then several weeks to fix my oven and in July the other issues had still not been fixed. I was also promised several amentities that ended up being a huge bust. Assigned parking spaces, swimming pool, dishwasher, and a bark park. My apartment did not have a dishwasher like promised. My assigned parking space was taken away because of the pettiness of other tenants. The swimming pool didn't open for the season until July and even though the posted hours for the pool are 10am-9pm, the pool is rarely opened during these times. As of July, no bark park exists in the community. Overall, this apartment has been a huge disappointment to say the very least. There was only one thing that made the apartment worth the time and money and that was Shronda. Unfortunately, she is no longer with the company therefore, I'd never work with this property again."

"Ive been living here for 2 years an I only signed my lease once an that’s when I moved in. My ceiling leaked because the roof was messed up an they just threw plastic over it. My dish washer was brand new an never worked. My heat didn’t work last winter so I had to buy a space heater an run it from my living room because I had an electrical problem in my bedroom THAT WAS NEVER FIXED. My power went out on them when they replaced my windows because they plugged their vacuum up so they knew. I didn’t have any light in my master bedroom because of the electrical problems i I had to buy a lamp. An now they told me they don’t want to renew my lease so I have to leave is the icing on top of the cake"

"If you are looking for a spacious 1 or 2 bedroom with nice features, visit Clearpointe Woods Apartment. Close to the shopping, about 10 minutes from downtown. Great value for your money. Manager is always concern about the resident needs, will give you there all."
