"This 5 stars rating is not so much for the apartment itself ( we have been here 13 years and haven't lived in the newly redone apartments), but more for the people here. Scott in maintenance has to be the most helpful and friendly person ever. You can really count on him to help with whatever problem you have in your apartment. Also Leah, at the front office, will do everything in her power to make things right."
"I’ve been living here for 2 months and love it maintenance is prompt with orders. It’s quite which i love the office is very informative when it comes to answering our questions. The complex itself is nice and clean. My family and i love it here ☺️"

"The unit we got is beautiful! I had a lot of help from Ann, she’s truly amazing. The communication was excellent & with the issues we had during the application process, she managed to help us through it. The unit itself has a lot of lighting with windows and indoor lights. The kitchen is very beautiful and has a lot of room. The community is very clean as well (a lot of places tend to have trash here & there). The color theme goes with what I had in mind for my decor as well so I’m very pleased! Out of all the apartments we looked at, I’m very glad we came across this one."
"Rent went from 1456 to 1700, plus a $200 fee for month to month.several late fees added due to management not processing check. My oven stopped working, it was replaced with an older model that didn’t match other appliances. Meanwhile this is how they replaced gas for electric. When I asked if this would be corrected I was told no, is what it is. The office staff is rude & acts as if you are lucky to be a tenant. Not to mention you get to smell & inhale the chemicals coming from Brewer. Would never recommend this property to any others. Also, you are responsible For providing your own over head lighting."
