"This place is insane, I ment very bad I lived here almost 4 years and firstly got good experience, but now I disgust to live here. They do construction and warn you 15 hr before, they don’t care where you at but you have to pick your car from parking, if you don’t they make tows. I will report this place. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. I will move from here we found better apartment that treats their customers fairly and good. Especially you cannot put trash out door they make you pay. All they think is money how to make money, they limited customers right."

"I lived here for a year. For the most part, my experience was great. I had quiet neighbors and I had a balcony that looked out to the lake. However, the only issue I had was that I was promised a garage and didn’t get one. I told them I really wanted a garage because I never had one before and wanted one for my new car I just bought. I was told about this certain unit that had everything I wanted and that it came with a garage. I filled out paperwork online to reserve it. However, I found out the day before move-in day that my unit didn’t come with a garage. I was very disappointed. I waited 3 months for this unit and “garage”. I couldn’t wait longer for another unit that came with a garage because I was determined to move in before winter arrived. I didn’t want to keep driving on the interstate to work daily during the winter. Please please please if you decide to come for a tour and want a garage, make sure they show you in person the garage before you reserve for the unit."

"So horribly mismanaged it’s unbelievable. I love my apartment, but I cannot wait to move. Day four of not being able to leave because they still haven’t plowed the community. They literally have a snow plow truck and won’t plow the community. Couldn’t have my family over for Christmas or leave. Photo is Sunday 12/25 at 5 PM. If you have a snow truck and choose not to plow the community, that is 100% showing you couldn’t care less about the livelihood of the people who Live here."

"Please read and trust the reviews - total bait and switch. Tonya is one of the rudest and most unprofessional leasing agent I have ever interacted with. The community is not upkept (see photos) and everyone is constantly moving out. Grass is never cut and often is higher than 6 inches (see photo) and trash is piled up around the community every other day. If you look at the other reviews, this is a common issue. Cars park all over the place, often blocking the road. (See photo) The lake is filled with a disgusting film over top of it, which brings a ton of bugs both inside and out. Work orders do not get answered, but I honestly think this is the office not telling the maintenance folks. My exterior light and outlets haven’t worked since I moved in. Good luck enjoying the pool. There are about six chairs, three of which are broken. There will be trash, including a dirty diaper, that’s left around the pool for days. Tonyas response: “the pool attendant isn’t doing their job”. I would assume as a leasing agent, that is also Tonyas job, but she blamed it on the elderly minority woman who takes care of the pool. Tonya seems to have a lot of issues with minorities specifically. There are literally moving trucks every weekend. Ask yourself - in a housing shortage, why are they the only ones with immediate availability? Tonya should be ashamed that she treats people so poorly and focus on keeping the community in better shape."

"We currently live here and love it! It is a fairly laid back and quiet community but there are still events to get involved in! We moved from Louisville to here and it was a very smooth transition from the apartment aspect and the staff has always been extremely nice and accommodating to our needs. The balcony is also amazing, I thankfully back up to the woods and have a wonderful view of the trees and love to drink my coffee outside. I love that my dogs are welcome in the community as well, it is difficult to find nice apartments with all they have to offer and we plan to live here for a while!"
