"New property owners have really made it the worst place for the money they're increasing rent because they replaced hallway floors painted the hallway walls and doors added a newer style lock stole my personal lock that I was allowed to install since my door wouldn't close tightly added wasteful cameras in the hallways adding fob locks another waste all to raise the rent almost 200.00 for what! They haven't done squat to the inside of any apartment. Pressure washed outside the buildings put new lines down for parking but parking still a dam problem spaces made for skinny people. If you're 200lbs you can't park next to other vehicles. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY TAKE OF NOTHING EXCEPT COLLECTING RENT. To cheap to repair the pool which was the main attraction so it's more like their saying ( they're black people so we'll take from them too ) smh. Bring a bulldozer and flatten this piece."

"I advise people to do not move here !! I had a total of 9 bats in my house ! There’s more pictures as well. I contact the rent office on several different occasions! They have a real bad bug problems!! It’s not safe or Comfortable to live here . Hallways are dirty. Pool don’t work . Laundry room have every bug you can name. They went up on rent that is not worth it ! I had bat coming up in my sink, behind my bed , on my screen , and I woke up a few times to bats flying over me ! I contact rent office they came out and said they couldn’t find no holes ! It’s unbelievable. Please be aware that the bats will come threw vents ! Please don’t move here."

"Don’t move here. I currently live here looking to move asap. They are unprofessional In the leasing office. They have bug problems roaches, giant spiders, centipedes, etc. The pool has been closed for 3years out of the almost 5 I’ve been here. The bat issues is still existent . I guess they expect you to pay for repairs. The rent here is WAY to high for the condition of the complex. The hallways stink and are dirty. Kids and adults hang out in the hallways smoking, drinking you make it. They only fix or change things if you call the health department first or police department first."

"Do not move here. There is a huge problem with bats in all of the buildings. The bats will get inside of your apartment. They take them out on a daily basis. The rent is too high for the condition of the complex. They expect you to replace broken blinds screens etc or will charge you 50dollars if you don't. Also you are forced to sign a lease each year or pay an extra $50 a month in rent. You only get 30days to try and find another place to live. They advertise there is a swimming pool. Its only open a few weeks and this year the health department was here regarding that and the bat problem. I am surprised this place has not been shut down."

"I lived there and it sucks. Pool is only open a couple days a week and if you like bedbugs roaches spiders and non clean place this is your spot. Not to mention they had my car illegally towed which the towing company scrapped it after I paid to get it out. There are more better places than this."
