"I have lived here for more than 14 months now, and I just love it. The vibes are amazing, I love how high my ceiling is, and Northside is such a nice neighborhood."

"We have had an excellent experience with the property manager. Communication is prompt and precise. Expectations are clearly defined and the leasing process is very smooth. Any issues that we've had with our unit have been addressed immediately and thoroughly. This is a beautiful property which is well maintained."

"Rented one of the lofts and I love it! Kendra has made the transition absolutely seamless. The property has a rustic charm, the grounds are maintained, and there’s nothing like my loft anywhere in Cincinnati. Looked at many, many different properties and knew this one was the one the second I walked in the door. Kendra has been great to work with."

"I totally have loved living here the last 1.5 years. I love the light and all the space in the loft and the fellow tenants are all working professionals, like me, and everyone is very friendly and the building feels safe. I have no issues with fellow tenant noise - the concrete and steel help keep the noise to a minimum. (The tow truck company behind the building is the noisiest part of living here - with the back-up beeping going all day and night at times.) The Wi-Fi is spotty since the concrete and steel are probably blocking some of the signal. I am being forced to move though, since I cannot afford the rent anymore. After my one-year lease was up, I opted for a month-to-month lease and the rent was pushed up to $1120 for a two-bedroom. As a single person with no roommates to help cut costs, I have to find a more affordable place to live. There's a waiting list here for one-bedrooms and studios that could take years to get...so I have to move on. I hate moving and would much rather stay, but like I said, the price is out of my budget. The neighborhood is fun for eating at good restaurants, live music at bars and cool record stores that you can walk to. I'd recommend living here to anybody that can afford it. There is indoor parking, but it's super limited and most of us are parked outside. The tenants that have been there since it opened 6 years ago are the ones that have the covered parking...the rest of us are outside scraping our windshields in the winter. Anyway, I hate to say goodbye to this place, but I'm going to have to due to the cost. I just wanted to share a review to let others looking that it is a nice place to live; just a little pricey for a single person with no roommates."
