"If you dont have anything to do with your money take it to charity. Do not rent an apartment here because you will cry. I use to live here, i moved out June of last year. They never sent me my deposit and they later sent me a letter stating i am owing them rent for june i was so mad. I went their with my bank statement confirming i made payment for june rent. They told me it was a mistake and they will fix it. I letter received a letter from a collection agency which i told them i dont owe this people money they are the ones owing me. I callee them several times regarding this they lied they didnt call the collection agency. Now this is showing on my credit report and they just sent me a check of what they are owing me. Now they cant get it off my credit report. I have called the called them several times, i have disputed this but nothing is working. I am about to talk to a lawyer because this people are thieves. Nobody is helpful at all. Why would you put something on my credit report after you said you have fixed it and sent me my check of what you are owing me."

"The absolute worst. They do not answer emails or phone calls, my first night in my unit a pipe burst and multiple apartments were flooded as was the main hall and we couldnt get ahold of anyone. The fire department showed up because the water triggered the alarm and they were not surprised we couldnt get anyone there. The fire department had to cut off the water for the entire weekend until the complex owners came in and fixed the pipe. They didnt return the fire departments calls i had to call and tell them no one came over the weekend and to check in. When i left, there was an agreement that i was breaking my lease HOWEVER they filed and eviction notice with the clerk of courts so now i have an eviction on my record and once again they will not return ANY phone calls or emails. I have also been hit with THOUSANDS of dollars in fees because of the "eviction" DO NOT RENT HERE NO MATTER YOUR CIRCUMSTANCE. Edit: 11/1 - They replied to my review, i emailed and havent heard back"

"I'm Vanessa miller. Since February 6 2023 I have been having plumbing problem at my apartment and had to stay with family because me and my kids didn't have any working toilets or a shower or a tub. they was supposed to have fixed the problem on February 27th. Me and my kids went back to the house on March 3rd. We didn't go back on February 27th because we didn't have any food in my apartment at the time because I had to take the food with us where we was staying at the time it was no plumbing. So I waited until the 3rd when I was able to put food in the house. We thought everything was fixed so we got back in the house. Everything was fine until Monday morning, March 6 it started to leaking from the bottom of my toilet and the dirty water came up from the tub and shower. The same thing is happening again they did not fix the problem at all."

"I would give this place ZERO stars if that was an option! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Management and maintenance is a JOKE!! My patio door was shattered in JUNE by the lawn crew and has not been fixed!!! Nicole in management will not respond to my emails and no one answers the phone!! Thank god my patio door was double paneled. I have not been able to use my patio all summer!! I’ve had to pay for my OWN repairs and perform the repairs myself!! Neighbors always have music blasting and have no respect for their neighbors. Save your money and do not move here!! I WILL NOT BE SIGNING ANOTHER LEASE WITH THIS JOKE OF A PROPERTY!!!!"
