"DONT MOVE HERE! Infested with pest. I’ve been here for two months and I’ve been roaches, mice and maggots! When advised, the landlord said it wasn’t an emergency and could wait until the next spray period. Multiple pipe leaks causing the ceiling to concave. My neighbors can’t have their kids at home because it’s not safe. Terrible renovation: the floors uneven, lights flicker and thin walls. On top of all of this a few cars’ windows were busted, including mine. Overall a terrible place to live."

"I currently stay here and since it’s been taken over by this company rkp management been neglecting their maintenance duties I had a pest control problem in my house out of no where and it took them weeks to get back to me and come spray they went up on my rent at resigning time and made me change from month to month to a year lease and I already been here a year And didn’t add any new amenities actually there making me pay water and trash now in a apartment complex I absolutely hate this company and the people that work for the company are very rude and have very very bad customer service. Listen to me don’t rent from them. Rent over 900 for an 1 bedroom and it’s a real basic apartment nothing special to be this highly priced and unprofessional."

"Used to be great until RKP took over. (Yes the same ones who left a review on here..) Ive been here for 3 years and ever since they took over it has went down hill. You never get responses from maintenance, and when you do they will just be leading you on telling you, your request will be completed “shortly.” The owners don’t even live in the state so don’t think you’ll ever be able to actually talk to anyone who owns the property. There is only 1 maintenance man here to do ALL the repairs. It goes downhill more every week. The hallways never get cleaned. The basketball goal fell down last week and I doubt it ever gets replaced, along with the swing set at the park that broke months ago. Also, don’t pay any attention to the “good” recent reviews of this place, because management sent out an email saying they will give anyone who leaves a good review on google $10. Since they clearly seem to care about their reviews here for new tenants, hopefully this one will inspire better treatment for the tenants currently here."

"if i can give this place no stars i would. i live here and it’s still no heat. y’all they have a spider issue. the neighbors above me have no respect. their isn’t a number for the landlord. it used to be great response when mr billy, terry was here but since they sold it to some company in new jersey it’s went down hill. don’t move here"

"Too many shootings within the past 3-5 yrs. Has changed management companies several times within the past 3yrs.. Residents that have been there for over 5 yrs they will not even come in to repaint there unit or install a new shower enclosure. Or replace the carpet They do not do the bathtubs right they paint them instead of having them done professionally and correctly. Do the tub starts peeling They do not value there long term residents who ALWAYS PAY ON TIME FOR 7 yrs.. Who unit is immaculate always clean."
