"Very uncaring and unprofessional!!!! The management that is currently there 7/7/21 are beyond rude...even watched a potential new resident that was about to sign a lease walk out and refuse further business due to how they were treating current residents!!! Their staff created a problem that NO ONE IN THE OFFICE can apparently fix and the resident is the one to suffer...they definitely need to DO BETTER!!"
"I went to ask about an apartment they were rude and they lied in my face and said there were no units open but they got for rent signs everywhere. I don't know if it was cause I was black or disabled but they definitely was discriminating. They need to be reported."
"I love my apartment, the area is great they keep it clean and very well maintained, my only issue is the staff in the rent office Bri is very rude and unprofessional and that is enough to turn someone head away because no one should have to deal with that where they live, I mean we do pay our hard earned money to live here..."
"When i first moved here i really loved it, about 2-3 months ago they had some changes with management and since then everything has gone down hill. there is no longer a manger on site and the ones off site never answer the phone. the mail box has been full for at least a week. if you happen to lose your keys you have to call a lock smith to break your lock. i have been calling maintenance and left multiple messages and no once has gotten back to me. the apartments are nice and the area is quiet, but the management change is terrible!!!"
