"Terrible communication from management and disorganized and lots of management turnover. After a year lease I switch to month to month lease. I left the premises and let them know that I had vacated and they continued to charge me the months after I had vacated. Now they are saying I owe upwards of $5,000 (two months of rental charges even though I was not there, trash removal fee, “improper notice fee” even though I clearly texted and stated I had left the premises and left the key in the unit, and an $800 carpet replacement fee) I have no idea what was done after I sent the text that I moved out, but I know the door was not locked due to a friend I have that lives in the building. So someone could have been squatting in there for all I know causing damages to the unit. Terrible place to live. I do not recommend applying here. I will be lawyering up."

"A HOT AZZ PLACE. I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THEM TO COURT. THEY ALL ABOUT MONEY. I GOT A 2 BEDROOM. ROCHES EVERY WHERE. I COULDN'T SLEEP. LOOKING AFTER MY SON. SO I WOULD GET A HOT WHEN I CAN ..THEN GET A DIFFERENT APARTMENT N IT HAD RATS YES RATS OMG.THE OWNER NEED TO GET TOGETHER."

"Finishing up a 1 year lease in the next 30 days and overall am pleased with the area, the service and the apartment itself, but there is good and bad to this story. The bad is beyond the control of the management company but; the kids that live over there are unruly. They lean and scratch on cars and yell curse words at each other loud enough for me to hear in my apartment. Secondly, the laundry room in my building is GROSS. I started taking my clothes to the laundromat...the visible gunk and dirt in and on those machines is unacceptable. The good is that the managers and maintenance are awesome when it comes to things like responding to maintenance requests and general inquiries. Our drain was clogged and the very next day after requesting maintenance, they were there to fix it. The communication between the management and tenants is the best I've experienced as well. 4/5 stars, would recommend."

"The exterior part of the apartment looks appealing but inside those walls was something vicious. I was fooled on decent the place looked in the community because it was winter. When I first signed the contract the owner smiled at me and told me to let her know if I see any roaches. I've never been raised with roaches so I was scared what I may see. Once I moved in everything was good, I only seen a roach once every blue moon. There were nasty neighbors across the hall from me who lived the before new management and they got evicted when I first moved in. Once they moved out I began to see a lot of more roaches in my apartment to the point I was hallucinating. I was barely home and only lasted living there for 5 months. Me or my son couldn't enjoy living there because of the disrespectful children playing there. I had to drive my son to my mom house so that he can play with the kids instead of where he resides. I felt unsafe with no security locks on the door. I'm glad I no longer live there and I don't advise you to move there. There are A TON of ROACHES DONT MOVE THERE"

"This place is a disaster. They keep changing management & managers in the leasing office. Nothing gets transferred to the new manager so they act like they know nothing. Place is a roach haven & they make no plan of action for pest control it seems. We have no mailbox key & also no laundry room key which is also our storage area. The grounds are a disaster as well with trash & food. I recommend finding another place to live. Edited here after.. Homeless people living in the storage units who also use drugs in there. They leave cups of urine & blood all over the storage area. Cops called daily due to tenants allowing access for the homeless into the storage areas to use drugs or to sleep. Maintenance is non existent. Finally, they hired someone who lives here 2 weeks ago for the position. They came into my apartment without a 24hr notice or phone call. Kicked out of office when I went there to complain about them breaking my lease agreement by entering. Holes leaking water in ceiling for months. Mold under the kitchen sink & above the shower area. Missing blinds for windows & located on basement level. Homeless people coming up to my window yelling for someone. Trash everywhere. Entrance door to building has been broken for months leaving flies/bugs into hallway ending up in apartments when you walk in. No pest control in my apartment since we've moved into building. I HIGHLY recommend that anyone finds somewhere else to live."
