"Honestly the neighborhood looks amazing I just think they need new management. I applied months ago and never heard anything back everytime I called I was told I would receive a call back which I never did and they lost my application so many times and lied saying it was sent through. Also it's hard to get ahold of them after paying your application fee like is this just a scam to collect fees ! Is there anyway I can contact a corporate or hud."

"Over the phone a lady said they were income based and work with you, then it changed to I have to make 3 times the rent. Well which one is it mam? She was not very helpful and made things unclear. Also said there was a 3 bedroom available but then said there was a waiting list with 8 people ahead of me and only 6 units available so basically there was nothing available . just rob people of 75$ for the application fee? O ok..."

"I need help with getting my $300 holding fee back ! I have been more than patient with these people , I applied April 8th and ever since after that I haven’t been able to get ahold of them I paid $50 for a application fee plus $300 to hold a unit . Each time I called and was able to get ahold of someone they are keep saying they’ll be sending my application up to management to get it approved well that was 8 weeks ago now I can’t get ahold of no one here on the phone or even when I waste my gas to drive there they are always closed this is just not making any sense it’s very unprofessional and at this point Iam about to call hud and also fair housing and any other legal places who is above this place."

"I loved visiting there. It was so peaceful and very quiet. Not too much people around. Having a car is definitely a plus. Not as busy as New York City , but could possibly get used to it"

"I have been living her since 2016 with no major issues inside my apartment. Maintenance usual fixes things quickly. Although, there are no updated fixtures, and my carpet is light in color. I don’t like having a huge flood on the side of my house every time it rains (mini pond). Trees almost touching the roof of my car. Trees growing wild into the parking lot, as you drive around the corners, and covers the mailbox’s ( like a jungle). Skunks and raccoons running around like children and they have an apartment here, lol. (You’ll be stuck taking trash out or inside your car often) Trash cans are often over-flowing.The smell of skunk can be horrible. The kids sit behind my house on the green box making all sorts of noise. And are very disrespectful. A lot of bike & scooter riders that don’t use there brakes. (Drive slowly) The location is great, staff (2), and maintenance man (1) are cool!!!!! Basketball Court is broken majority of the time. Smh I can’t tell u much about the park. It’s just something needs to be done about the budget for the grounds here. Potholes... and icy areas a lot. No salt truck... The rent was just increased, so maybe something can be done for the community itself. We have a free party room and the carpet was finally cleaned. Yay! It’s still junky, but it’s coming along. -I’m keeping it real like it should be! #SeeUSoon"
