"Hope you never have an issue they suck at responding to emails. I email THREE time last month. Never received a response. I emailed them about signing my lease. NEVER received a response. Now there is an issue with THEIR APP they expect you to pay extra and wait for a credit. Why is this complex unable to respond to emails or assist their residents in any way no idea but they will ignore you and charge you $1,000+ a month and act like you are the problem."

"I have been without a functional air conditioner since July 18th it’s been three weeks and going on a month, I have submitted over 4 requests two verbal and. two written. The repair man came in and fixed the blower motor but hasn’t fixed the actual air conditioner unit so im just getting hot air blown around. Two neighbors above me are also out and have submitted requests. Do not move into this place unless you absolutely need to. Overpriced with hidden fees so expect to pay 120/150$ more than base rent and thats not including electricity and nothing gets fixed but you’ll get a tag saying it was complete and to write a review. Ohh and the power goes out 5/6 times a year…. I will be so happy when I leave this place. The best part of my stay will be moving out. Proceed with caution, this is not the place that it seems."

"This place very bad place. They initially accepted my application and later he sold the house to someone else. Scammers work. The most interesting thing is that after holding my application for 1 and a half months, when my effective date was approaching, they told me that the house was sold. very unsatisfying and rude staff."

"I was here in the office today morning to check for a 3bhk apartment availability. Lena King (Assistant Manager) was very kind and explained me each and everything about the apartments and the services. The prices are decent and affordable. Appreciate the good work."

"BUYER BEWARE!!! : OMG! Avoid this place. I rented here for several years and they always over promise and under deliver. I was a great tenant always paying on time and never asking for too much in maintenance/ repairs. I moved in with a cracked window that took them almost 1 yr to replace, they painted over the walls that appeared to have mold underneath. My ceiling had a leak from the neighbors plumbing upstairs and took them 6 months to do something about that. I've literally had to sue these people several times because they constantly don't live up to the terms and will create BS rules (not listed in your agreement) to charge you fees. I choose not to renew because I was becoming a home owner and they raise my rent to about the same price i'm paying for my home. But before leaving I paid a professional cleaning company to come in and clean. Morris 5 Star did an amazing job and they even took pictures. My carpets were not brand new when I moved in, come a year later then sent a bill to a collection agency for over $1,300 and now I will have to sue them again. !!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX AND THESE PEOPLE WHO MANAGE IT !!!!"
