"Think before you move here: First problem, unfortunately, when Candice a great person and professional manager left, a new narcissistic manager Eric came , who thinks he is a boss , talks to you with his smile on face like you’re nothing here; while he suppose to kindly manage any issues with customers (residents); Second, no maintenance would like to work there, so if have something breaks (it will be often since it’s old apartment) , the job will be completed in a weeks , months maybe never- Be Aware! Third, dirty freeways, no one cleans there; innovation were made, but completed incorrectly- leakage in ceiling and walls, smells like mold in it , air quality monitor shows dangerous to breath -Be Aware!"

"My experience mirrors other reviews. I lived here for 3 years and experienced a lot of trouble with maintenance. My heat was out for 10 weeks once, then 4 weeks another time, then over a week a 3rd time. When requesting maintenance through the app, they rarely get back to me unpromped and I need to call in each day to keep things moving. I learned that if I give them space to do the work, I'll never hear about it again until I ask for the status. I've called the emergency maintenance number probably 10 times for various issues - heater off, water leak, etc and they have NEVER picked up or responded that same night. I always have to go into the office first thing in the morning to report the issue. 2 stars for the location and lake in the middle of the buildings - relaxing environment"

"I lived in this apartment complex for 2 years. I will start with the single positive thing I can say about this place - the location, it is very close to Costco and many other stores you would need. Now onto the negatives. Things were fine for nearly 6 months until new management (which is the current management) came and completely ruined the place. The summer of 2022 they began maintenance on the water pipes and siding of the buildings the same time. During this time the normal Ohio rains caused the unit, and not just ours, to literally flood with water in some places. Mold grew in the apartments, and ruined some of my possessions. The property manager literally did nothing about this. Maintenance did literally nothing about this after 4 house visits. We lived with mold for over a year inside this apartment. But that's not all. Maintenance will take weeks to come for simple things, on two separate occasions they marked my work orders as complete without actually performing the work. The grounds are hideous outside as well, muddy and disgusting. On any given day you try to call the office no one will answer you. Before they had a outsourced phone operator but now it goes directly to them yet no one will answer the phone so don't bother. Incompetency is an understatement for these people. I implore you if you have any other options go and live elsewhere. I would rate this a 0 if I could."

"Not really worth it, only real upside was stores being close by. The property management company seems in over their heads as they try and get these neglected apartments somewhat refreshed. It took 4 months before water leaking from my ceiling was addressed, and of course it only happens a week before I move out. There was literally just a big open hole in my ceiling that would leak water EVERY DAY. Maintenance stuff must be stretched really thin and/or so many other apartments are having bigger issues than that. There’s probably mold or other moisture-related damage up there. Heat/hot water went out several times. Landscaping seems nonexistent. Backhoes and other equipment keep digging things up and leaving the grass a mess and piles of dirt everywhere. Grass is patchy in many areas. Maintenance or other staff just leave trash and empty boxes in the walkways. Boxes for dishwashers or water heaters would sit there for weeks (water heater one is still there as of writing this). Took 2 weeks to take out their washer & dryer after I moved in (brought my own). A group of semis always park in the complex and every few months a text gets sent out saying that semis will be towed. They seem like empty threats and nothing ever happens to them. Just too many headaches to deal with and not worth my time or the rent that they’re charging. And jumping in before they send their cookie cutter response out about caring about customer satisfaction and holding their staff to a high standard. You don’t. Don’t even try to respond to me with that."
