"DO NOT MOVE HERE!! You will be extremely disappointed with the outcome. Been here for over 5 years and nothing has changed! The building is falling apart !!!! My ceiling has leaked at least 3-4x since I’ve been here and all they can do is patch it up in the same spot. Updated pictures coming soon!!"

"I don't know why it took me this long to post a review, I guess I just wanted to move out and forget about the nightmare that living here was. My fiancee and I lived there starting Aug of 2016, our lease ended Aug of 2017. The first issue we encountered was that our dishwasher was broken. They told me that this would be fixed and they NEVER fixed it; never even came to look at it for the entire length of our lease. Every issue that arose over the course of our lease was obviously pre-existing and was painted over before we moved in. The biggest issue we had with our apartment was a HUGE black mold problem. The water heater in the apartment upstairs leaked down into ours and caused mold to break out in the hallway where our water heater was located as well as the walk in closet in the master bedroom. We informed the complex, to which they responded by bringing in a water extractor. The employee working for that company told me that if the mold came back, to inform the office as maintenance would have to replace the wall because of how bad it was. Well, guess what came back? The mold. When bringing this up again, their solution was to simply spray it with a mold-killing paint. This whole time I was having respiratory issues and slept in the living room. I had to throw out a lot of my belongings that I had stored in my closet including my high school diploma. We also had water pockets in the bathroom ceiling, incorrect door in the hallway closet, trash seemingly all over the place, and many more issues than that. Not to mention they continue to raise the rent, but if you make too much you can't live there. There's a VERY thin line on who can afford to rent from them, because anyone who can actually afford to pay full rent makes too much. All around this place is garbage. The only upside was that the leasing agents were always nice, despite being hard to contact at times. (But even with that upside, one of the only great employees they had left at the end of our lease.) All in all, just wanted to give a warning to anyone considering this place. Run from it."

"If you move here get ready for a headache im pissed I live here from 2010 til 2014 it was the worse property I have ever lived in my entire life never could get repairs done,my ceiling was caved in for a whole year,upstairs bathroom was messed up for 7months straight,the property manager had people living in apts the owners didnt know anything about it taking rent money from the people,2 of them was charged with theft,the city kept putting the property on suspension for 6months because it kept failing inspections,I moved in 2014 come to find out the property manager still was charging rent for my unit they put it on my credit I cannot get in touch with anybody to get this removed everybody was moving it was gang members breaking in all the apts,damaging the property,the pool stayed shut down,the dumpsters stayed a mess and trifling trash every where im trying to upload some pics of what it was like living here the 1st 2years wasnt bad at all those last 2 years it went down hill alot of the apts kept catching on fire someone and a child died in a apt fire dont move here trust me you will regret i!!!"

"I lived at pleasant run apartments from 1997 to 2005 that place was up to par on the up keep and maintenance was on call 24/7.... I dove through the place today man it hasn’t changed besides them getting rid of the pool... I saw a empty apartment when I drove by a building it looks a mess.... we had a townhouse with and without basement while I lived there they were great..... it’s sad to see where u grew up at look like that..."

"The apartments is worth no more than 450 a month. The kitchens are outdated. The up keep is full of it. They have mice, roaches and flies. My toilet is stopped up once a week, my balcony door won't close all the way and the screen won't stay on track because the person that stays above me floor is slanted which makes my balcony door slant. The pool is leaking to the point they can't open it for the summer. So not work the 675 for rent. They can't keep a management crew because no one cares enough to do their job. The owners of the complex should come see for their selves how the corners are being cut just to get people in. Once your in the entire apartment falls apart. SMH never again will I rent from this company. I was better off in the ghetto."
