"I enjoyed living there and didn’t have any issues with the office or anyone working there. Only thing I would have e done differently is have a ring camera. Unfortunately, I had packages stolen, but that’s how almost any place is and I won’t dock them for that. I lived there from Oct 2022 until Dec 2023. When I needed maintenance, the turn around time (non emergency) was great. I would recommend contacting them if you are looking for an apartment. I was in a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment."

"Rent goes up every year, anywhere from $20-$40. I'm currently living here going on 5 years, with no carpet cleaning nor has it been replaced. I'm sure it hasn't been replaced in a while now. I was told the apartments had just been remodeled when I first moved in, but I don't think that was the case for my apartment. The carpet was already pretty damaged when I moved in, and it's just getting worse."

"The maintenance team, Luke & Derek are great. I'll put in a request and they come check it out the same day and if they can't get it done the same they come back the next and complete the job. I always give permission to come in b/c I work in the room and might not hear them.. Thanks a lot guys!"

"Glad i did not move here.Although the women in the front office are lovely very nice they avoid calls and lie terribly i applied for the 2 bed 1 bath they never sent me updates just took my deposit money and never heard back about an update unless i blew thee phone up if your out of town do not even think about applying as i have had to visit the office multiple times to even get a response(inconvenienced cause no one ever picks up like never) and i also visited 3 weeks ago and spoke with one of the reps (i wont disclose her name cause that's unprofessional) But she told me i would be receiving my deposit back within the week 20 days later nothing and no one is picking up yet again. I will be making my last and final visit in person to attempt to get my deposit one more time and that's it they are kind women but unreliable / do not communicate /ignore everything. You all are leasing managers, please start DOING your actual job cause its truly unprofessional having to chase yall down for answers money etc.Yall are paid to make this easier for us. i will be visiting this week to hopefully get my rightfully owed deposit if you all see this before the visit please refund me my money ladies and i will consider changing my accurate review/ making a new one if this is resolved! Thank you."
