"This place used to be very, nice and quiet. The last year has been worse since Lauren is no longer managing the property. Management need to do a better job of screening applicants. Darryl, the previous maintenance man was excellent and could fix anything. The guy that is here now, while he is “eye candy” he can’t fix anything. He marks service tickets complete without fixing things..He can’t even change the air filter without resetting the thermostat to remove the change filter setting. Trash isn’t being cleaned up like they used to do."
