"Still not finished now I have to wait to Next Year I'm very Disappointed"
"Maintenance request are slow to be followed up on, as far as actually being physically completed. Absolutely no privacy between apartments. (Everything) can be heard between walls, floors and ceilings. I'm assuming this is due to the apartments being very old and there were never any type of firewalls or subfloors installed during construction."
"I was in a dangerous environments and begged them to help me. Instead they are suing me for 10000 fot damage that does not exist even though I have already moved. They lied about a swimming pool opening and the garbage was all over the grounds. It was a terrible place to live."
"As we all know rent is extremely high so each year it is always nerve-wracking to see how much rent will increase and parking will increase. The water bill is added to the rent so you will get a water bill included in the rent. Thus far my rent is manageable but water is another matter...lol. In my observation the complex is well maintained although, I think we need more dumpsters. The hallway in my complex is usually clean. The complex has added a nicer carpet in my building. I like using the rent app because I can added a maintenance request. Melissa, the property manger is good with resolving issues and is always on the property. I really like having a property manager on site compared to other apartments."
"I have been living here for 3 years and do not regret my decision to move here. I have not had any major issues and I Find Melissa to be very responsive to my questions and request. Thank you Melissa for taking care of the business and always available for whatever we need."
