"KEEP LOOKING NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE. WE HAVE LIVED HERE 6 MONTHS AND WE DON'T EVEN HAVE A BATHROOM MIRROR. THERE ARE NUMEROUS MAINTENANCE ISSUES THAT HAVE NEVER BEEN ADDRESSED! WE WERE PROMISED NEW FLOORING UNDER KITCHEN AND BATHROOM SINKS DUE TO NASTY MOLD MILDEW SMELLS THE SMELL IS SO BAD I CAN'T PUT SILVER WARE IN THE DRAWER. ALL MY SILVERWARE REEKS OF MOLD, AND WATER DAMAGE! MY BEDROOM DOOR WILL LOCK IF I CLOSE IT AND LARGE HOLES IN THAT SAME DOOR. A SMALL WIND AND MY FRONT DOOR BLOWS OPEN, BUT OF COURSE WE DON'T HAVE A SCREEN DOOR LIKE OTHER APTS DO. THE CARPET WAS NEVER CLEANED AS "MANAGERS" SAID IT WAS! MY LIVING ROOM WINDOW IS CRACKED! THERE ARE SLUGS FOUND DAILY ON MY BATHROOM FLOOR I'M NOT SURE WHY, BUT I SUSPECT BECAUSE MY TOILET COMES OFF THE FLOOR WHEN LEANED TO ONE SIDE. ALL THESE PROBLEMS WERE HERE BEFORE WE MOVED IN! WE WERE ASSURED ALL WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF, ALL LIES!! WE WERE GIVEN ONE EXCUSE AFTER THE NEXT. NO MAINTENANCE MAN, I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL WITH PNEUMONIA, WELL THE MAINTENANCE MAN IS NEW ON AND ON!! WE GIVE UP 6 MONTHS AND NOT ONE OF THESE PROBLEMS FIXED, NOT ONE!! AND THIS IS THE THANKS WE GET FOR PAYING OUR RENT ON TIME AND BEING A QUIET RESPECTFUL TENANT! I ADVISE YOU TO KEEP LOOKING THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! PLUS I LOOKED AT THE SEXUAL OFFENDERS LIST AND THERE IS A PERVERT LIVING HERE ON THESE PREMISES!! WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO BACK GROUND CHECKS! RUN AWAY GO SOMEPLACE WHERE PAYING YOUR RENT ON TIME AND BEING RESPECTFUL TO THE NEIGHBORS IS VALUED! SURE ISN'T VALUED HERE..I GAVE ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE THERE WAS NO OTHER CHOICE, TRUST ME THESE MANAGERS ARE PATHETIC AND DOESN'T DESERVE ONE STAR.. I AM TRYING TO LOCATE THE OWNER....AFTER I GAVE OUR NOTICE AND WHILE WE WERE NOT HOME, MAINTENANCE CAME IN AND TORE THE WEATHER STRIPPING OFF MY FRONT DOOR THAT'S WHAT THEY CALL FIXING MY DOOR...OBVIOUSLY THEY BROKE THE LAW SINCE I WAS NOT INFORMED MAINTENANCE WOULD COME OVER... LAW STATES I MUST HAVE A 48 HOUR NOTICE, I NEVER GOT!!! MYSTERIOUSLY THAT SAME DAY MY HEATER STOPPED WORKING!! UNBELIEVABLE LOW CLASS PEOPLE THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS IN MY OPINION!"
