"Had to jump a residence car"
"We moved out in March. Paid $500 pet deposit and now we get a letter stating we will get $5.00 of our $869 deposit back due to them replacing the carpet. Nowhere on the paper did it show us paying the $500 pet deposit and neither the manager Lori or Scioto Management Group will return our calls. The place is a joke. The apartment was clean and I’ll give them replacing the carpet but we should get some money back. Was told they would figure a reason not to refund my deposit but I didn’t listen."
"I was working in Columbus and my wife was working in Dayton so we chose this place because it was in the middle. The apartment complex is not bad and maintenance is quick to resolve most issues. However, it is located a distance from the highway and living in London, OH was like living in a VOID for a year. Yet again, the apartment complex is not bad it meets the basic living amenities."

"Our experience has been great at this location. We have rented here for going on 3 years now and have no complaints. Any maintenance issues are dealt with in a timely manner, the property manager is great and knows her renters by name which is nice. Additionally, the complex has a great location and the rooms are spacious. Laundry being included is always a nice feature. For the price you will not find anything close to what you get in London. I work in Columbus and the commute is not an issue."
