Daines Village Apartments

"My son has been living there and requesting help for over 3 months with leaks and broken things in the apartment. Including leaks in the ceiling causing water to drop from my the light! They don't care if it's a fire hazard or not. They literally seem to care about NOTHING! I have tried contacting them as well to try and help but have NEVER been able to get in contact with anyone. There is no office staff, maintenance people, or any way to get help. Messages have been left and emails have been sent with NO REPLY! 2 letters have been sent and returned. I feel so bad for my son and would hope that not just him but EVERYONE living there would start getting treated with a little more dignity and respect!"

"Very cheaply built. The entire building is at an angle, discovered when hanging pictures with a level. The stairs have a large gap between them and the wall. The plumbing under the sink shook loose and came completely apart when running the garbage disposal. The property manager has been stealing items from back porches when doing walk abouts. Lost buckets, crystal dishes, and furniture. Very rude when you are able to get him to even interact with you, usually just ignores any words and continues about his business."

"I absolutely LOVE it here! Neighbors are quiet, the area itself is CLEAN and the location is absolutely stunning. Rent is feasible too considering these are newly built apartments. Upon move in, the apartment was spotless. Only complaint is getting a hold of someone-anyone- at the leasing office seems impossible most times. Maintenance isn’t always reliable either."

"Very disappointed with this property. Nobody is ever in the office or returns calls. Maintenance never comes to jobs that I have put in requests for weeks ago. The apartments have pests and I have never not one time seen them come out and spray for them. I have tried contacting them to notify them but no answer. If you are looking for a nice place, this ain’t it."

"If I could give 0 starts I would. Only been here about 3 months and it has been nothing but a headache. When we moved in the apartment was very dirty and had weed in the drawers. It was very clear they didn’t clean the apartment before we moved in. Nobody is ever in the office or returns phone calls. The previous tenants broke our mailbox and we were told it was going to be fixed before we moved in as well as some other maintenance issues but nothing was ever done about any of these issues. We have contacted the office, maintenance and even the property owner and they either don’t answer or keep pushing it off. We have had to continuously drive to the post office due to us not having a mailbox. The property has also not been well kept lately. The dumpsters pile up and the grass was almost as tall as my 1 year old. Very disappointed because I really thought this was going to be a good property. The inside of the apartments look nice but I don’t think the headache is worth it. Definitely won’t be renewing my lease after this experience!"
