"I have been here a year and have lived in a safe area. The office staff are wonderful to talk to and are kind and courteous. If something is wrong in the apartment maintenance is quick to take care of the issue. Will continue to stay and highly recommend!!!"
"The most unprofessional apartment complex we have had the opportunity to rent from. To begin with, they would not allow us to view the apartment before signing the lease. Closing with, they will find every little chance to charge you money at the end of your lease. We left the apartment in better shape than we found it. I have found the staff (not including the maintenance man) to be incompetent to do their job majority of the time and defer to the manager Anna. Anna is not very kind and does not take the time to listen to your concerns. There is major inconsistency between communication depending on who you speak too. We were charged $10 for a lightbulb that was different from the one that was there when we moved in. Therefore “we didn’t return apartment as we found it” it has cheap flooring and outdated appliances. Watch out for hidden fees in the lease. I recommend finding a new apartment complex unless this is your only option like it was for us."
"I'm very upset w/this apt complex. We moved out a month early under the direction & approval from Donna (the office lady) that as long as they found a new tenant before the 1st of the following month to move in the 1st (which they did) & our apt didn't need any renovation we would get our deposit back. Well of course, that verbal deal wasn't kept. Donna said nothing needed to be done as I took much care of the Apt for the sole reason of getting that deposit back & at the last min we were denied of it. All supposedly because the owners didn't approve it despite she had said before we moved out that we were getting it back. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They're very expensive for a tiny little apt & don't give your deposit back whether the apt is in new condition or not."
