"Complex has bugs and moved me in with bed bugs. Managements is up and down and paperwork is never completed properly. Current acting manager Jep Saunders is racist and don't like anyone who can Properly line their Eye liner, hers is so low it resembles a football players makeup. So if you're beautiful, dress down to go apply here. The regional management are all liars and don't take any situation seriously. When they say they'll call you back, they don't mean it. Also, they are income based so make sure anything you submit to them, you have in writing for proof or they will try to ruin your Life. I have lived here for over 3 years, they only have one Maintenance guy on the grounds and although he is the the Most Friendly there, he Needs help too. Bottom line is, the entire staff from top to bottom needs to be replaced because the unprofessionalism is OUT OF CONTROL."
