"Well up until recently just this year it's been a nice place to live for me and my service dog but due to a increase in rent I probably going to have to go back to being homeless again which is really the pits especially after all the work that I put into into getting in this place and a mountain of paperwork that I had to go through but I'm barely making ends meet with what rent I'm paying here now other HUD places I've lived at the rent was even cheaper than here I thought I was done moving for a while but maybe perhaps not I don't know yet jury is still out on this one my apartment thankfully is very well heatable and coolable and doesn't require much for either but at this point in time I just cannot say one way or the other most of the residents here are nice but it is a pain when since they found out that I'm very technically skilled that I'm putting in almost as much as a regular maintenance man when people want to remote programmed or something carried or play auto shop mechanic for someone having car questions"
"My mother has been living their now for 12 years and I love all the things that they do for her. I'm disabled and my mother is 72 years old but they are always their when she needs them . I love the new manager she is so helpful and clean n she does the Best for all of them senior positions and people who live there. She is a fair lady and does her job so so well. Prayers for them all n god bless us always. Thank you Helen Evan's for all your work."
