"I have lived here for 7 months and plan to renew my apartment for many more years to come. The apartment is beautiful and well built. I am on the top floor so I don’t have to worry about the sound of anyone above me. There is plenty of parking and I haven’t had any issues yet. The trash compactor is an inconvenience when full and not working but if that is my only complaint I’d say I’m pretty pleased! Management is friendly and extremely helpful. Sara and Michelle both are so polite and welcoming whenever I come in with questions or complaints. I recommend this complex for anyone looking as Marysville is up and coming a new hot town!"

"Like another reviewer and previous tenant stated, I would give this a zero star rating if it were possible. Ardent is absolute garbage. There is another community in Marysville owned by this management company, too, so beware. Upon moving in, we noticed many cosmetic issues with the apartment. Walls not painted, only primer on them. Any marks on walls will not wipe off because of this. Two walls in the master bedroom were completely destroyed and their repair job was terrible, a hole still in the bottom of the wall by the baseboard. Too many cosmetic issues and poor craftsmanship, these apartments were not built well and they were built too quickly. Cabinets aren’t installed properly causing them to rub against walls, microwave, fridge, etc. The local police department loves to snoop around this property, for some reason. The police are back in the complex a lot so I will agree that this is not a safe place to live. My boyfriend almost got thrown off the third floor balcony trying to save a woman who was in a domestic situation. The management at Kenmore is absolutely atrocious. The management for Ardent is just as bad, if not worse. They are unwilling to work with you if you ever have any kind of issue finances. They don’t take care of actual issues on the property. They almost never answer phone calls. They just like to send texts out. Some of the texts are for activities and food trucks, etc… but the other texts they send out to residents are outright nasty. They are rude, inconsiderate, and honestly pretty incompetent. Once me and my boyfriend moved out, I noticed they were charging us for a day of rent that was past our 60 day notice and we were not even in the apartment, we were completely moved out since the day before. I emailed Ardent to ask them about this and, of course, just got an excuse because they want your money. I was gaslit and told I couldn’t receive a copy of my lease until 30 days after moving out. They kept sending me screenshots of it but couldn’t send me an actual PDF copy of it. I’ve emailed them twice since this and still have got no answer from them. There are so many things wrong with this community and the management. If you want to live in Marysville and live in peace, do not go to Kenmore Crossing or Cook’s Pointe; you would only be highly disappointed. They have zero regard or respect for their tenants or past tenants. These reviews should be enough to keep people away. Really wish me and my boyfriend would’ve taken these reviews into consideration before we got an apartment there. We moved after our year lease was up and couldn’t be happier with our new management. STAY AWAY FROM KENMORE CROSSING APARTMENTS."

"Terrible. I lived here for 2 years. Same complaints as all of the other reviews. The apartments are constructed so poorly and with the cheapest materials. Don't look too closely at how none of the walls actually make 90 degree corners. The bathroom floor tiles get water damaged so easily, and of course you have to pay for it on your way out. My biggest complaint is that front desk people told me multiple times that we were allowed to paint a wall as long as we prime it on our way out, since they need to paint everything between tenets anyway. I even tried to get the name of the tan color they use so that I could cover it back to its original color, but they again assured me that just priming it was ok. Surprise! I had a huge paint fee on my security deposit statement. Management is either incompetent at their job or maliciously taking advantage of tenets. The place and people suck. Marysville is up and coming. There are other apartment complexes from which to chose in the area. Don't fall into this trap."

"Lived here for a year and would never rent again. It is a not worth the crazy amount of rent we paid. We lived in the last building. Every single day I heard the neighbor’s dog cry and bark upstairs through the EXTREMELY thin floorboards and walls. He would stomp around all night long and keep us awake. Would scream at night and in the morning at people. Had to call the cops due to an altercation we heard through the floor. We contacted the leasing office about them, and nothing was done. The walls have no paint on them, it’s just primer. So when I put posters up, with putty, it ripped the wall. Water went through the walls and will probably cause mold one day. Door hinges rusted, and we were the first tenants to live in this particular apartment. An employee kept putting a notice on our door that some woman who doesn’t live with us and we’ve never heard of, needs to pay rent or she will get evicted. We called twice and left voicemails that we paid our rent, and it must be for a neighbor. They never called back and kept putting the notice on our door. We had to go to the leasing office and tell them to stop. Do they even know who rents out which apartment? Some of the fixtures are crooked, and the cabinets just bash into the wall. Cops are frequently spotted driving back here, and crime is high. I am unsure if background checks are done. There was a domestic altercation the day we moved in. The trash compactor breaks down constantly because people don’t know how to use them. I wish clear instructions were pictured on the trash compactors. The pros: the size of the kitchen was really nice. The walk-in showers were nice, too. Also, the maintenance guy is awesome. He is professional, friendly, and gets the job done. He explains what he’s doing and cares about his work."
