"I moved here in May and have loved it since move in. The property manager Alex was able to update my lease/move in date with no problem to get me in sooner than expected. I've only had 1 minor maintenance issue and it was addressed the same day and have not had any issues since. The property is very well kept and quiet with friendly neighbors. Alex does a great job of keeping the residents updated and stays on top of everything going on. I'm beyond happy with my move, everything has been wonderful!"
"So Sad to leave this place !! Alexander and the staff at Cook's Pointe are amazing. The apartment was top notch, and the grounds are always clean and tidy. They opened the pool early for the past two years, and kept it open after labor day. They are always having food trucks and contest for the holidays with decorations. If I wasn't moving in with my Boyfriend, I would of renewed my lease for another year, or couple of years with them. Had a package delivered to the wrong address, they helped by sending out a text to everyone. The amenities at the club house are top notch as well. They usually have fresh popcorn, and drinks whenever you stop in. They are truly one of a kind people that have your best interest at heart !!"
