"Abors of Marysville was my first choice of residence in the States, my Credit score was good, and l got a job at Honda, but l was turned down even though l paid my non-refundable fees , reason being that l have not worked in the State for up to 6 months. It doesn't add up and l feel bad. I was however asked to try after 6 months. I hope they are not being racist. Very unfortunate. I am still homeless and searching for another place. It's not easy for new immigrants to get accommodation with Abors of Marysville. I was however prepared to pay even 3 months deposit if l was asked to."

"We have lived here for almost 3 years and have loved it. The office staff and maintenance have always been great with communication and quick responses to any repair or needs we have. Quiet atmosphere. Swimming pool. Lovely grounds - the green space and trees this apartment complex have are the best around. Great patio space. The interiors are a bit dated but great closet space. The outside and inside are kept well maintained. Great location. Walking distance to amazing downtown restaurants, shopping, library, farmers market, parades and events."

"I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews for this place and I'm wondering how much of that is genuine or if it's just vindictive former tenants. I've been here for a little over a year now and honestly I can't think of a place I'd rather be at the moment. The property is nice, it's within walking distance of down town, and it's well taken care of. The management has always been very pleasant to me and my roommate. Whenever I've had an issue or needed something repaired they've always been on top of it. The units themselves are very nice. A little older with a few quirks here and there, but honestly nothing that's a deal breaker for me. They're very roomy and have tons of closet space. The walls are solid so you rarely ever hear your neighbors. There's both a dog park and a regular park within walking distance, so if I need to get some fresh air and get some cardio in I don't have to drive to a place. Yeah, I really like it, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Marysville."
