"I'VE LIVED THERE FOR 5 YEARS AND THE PLACE HAS IMPROVED A WHOLE LOT. THEY GOT RID OF THE DRUG PEOPLE AND FIXED UP THE UNITS. THEY ALWAYS REPAINT AND RECARPET EACH UNIT BEFORE A NEW TENNANT MOVES IN. WE HAVE A NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY FOR THE PAST YEAR AND THEY DO BETTER THAN ANY PREVIOUS MANANAGEMENT TEAM THEY'VE HAD BEFORE. I'M A RETIRED MINISTER AND I'M ENJOYING MY RETIREMENT THERE."
