"I had the wonderful opportunity to live at the Villas Of Geneva. It was such a safe place and very well managed, maintenance was thorough and always residences welcoming. I loved living there and Marsha is the best!"

"I got my 1st apartment here and I can’t be any happier. I love that we have a basketball court with picnic tables to enjoy in the afternoons. Clean spaces and no bugs!!! Manager is nice and always tries to help and if she can’t help finds someone that can. They are also pet friendly…you know how many places turn us down because of our cat? I am just happy there is a place like Villas for families like mine."

"Y'all. I love living here! The land lady is a beautiful, amazing woman! When I first moved in with my daughter, who was about three at the time, we were coming from a bad abusive situation and we had nothing. No where to go, we didn't even have a bed. The land lady made sure we were able to move in as fast as possible and assisted us with getting everything we needed at little to no cost through organizations. She did so much for us, and continues to help the tenants with anything they need! What kind of land lord gives up their personal time to help their tenant? Also, the apartments are spacious, clean, and the grounds are kept tidy and free of pests. I feel safe here. It's an amazing place, run by amazing staff! Would recommend any day. All of the staff go above and beyond for all of the tenants"

"Living here was the first time I was on my own. I was so nervous to move by myself...but I feel safe here. The property manager works with you closely, and is encouraging and nice. She tries to do stuff for the community as a whole. She even brought me a birthday card for my first birthday being on my own! Christmas presents for kids in need, chili cook offs etc. My sister moved here as well, and at the time she was in need and coming from a bad situation...we were given names of organizations to help with things and we were shown much kindness. The staff is always nice and helpful. I even like most of my neighbors! Lol. The place is kept up nice and yes there are rules, yes there is neighborly gossip every once in a while (any community of people living close together has that). But as a whole this is a nice place to live. No bugs! Pest control is top notch! Staff is fast to reply if there is a problem! And biggest thing is I feel safe in my little apartment. I recommend."

"I lived at the Villas of Geneva for about ~3yrs, until I found my new home. I had an awesome neighbor(Rocky). Only why I moved was because I needed a bigger living area. I had a 1br, which was great until I met my fiance. Very cute place. The building maintenance is well kept. The maintenance man was quick on fixing any problems that came about. NO BUGS!!! Big seller for me LOL! The building manager is amazing, she does a lot for the community there. She bought everyone school supplies one year, Christmas gifts, she always tried to bring the Villas together as a family. She puts a ton of effort into her job, I've seen this many of times. When I feel ill, she took time to make me a gift bag to make me feel better. What other building manager would do that. She is a BLESSING to that place, she fights to get these people what they need for their day to day living. I would recommend this place as long as she is manager."
