With easy walking distance to popular attractions, Beachstone Cottages is the ideal destination for a weekend getaway or vacation.
Starting in 2023, all cottage-related payments will be handled through secure Square invoices, providing guests with flexibility on payment processing. Reservations require a credit card to hold, with separate invoices for the deposit and final payment. For alternative payment arrangements, guests can email the institution after making a reservation.
Beachstone Cottages also features a gift shop on the main strip, offering handmade jewelry, custom beach glass jewelry, clothing, and accessories for men and women. Additionally, visitors can enjoy Allison's Mini Golf, a family-run business capturing the essence of Geneva on the Lake.
As the perfect launching point for year-round activities in Ashtabula County, Geneva-on-the-Lake offers a charming walking town experience beyond the strip. "The Vinery wasn't clean but it is bug-free! and our car had some things stolen out of it. The propane tank on the grill was problematic. Location was great. Dog friendly. With some elbow grease, new drip pans on the stove, and a warning to make sure your car is locked at all times, I could give 5 stars."
"Absolutely phenomenal owners. Stop by to see some renovations because I wanted to see what we are expecting for the next season, strangely the owner was there doing remodeling. Dave is an amazing person. Not one stone unturned in his remodel. We cannot wait to stop up here and invite a few friends over to stay on South Spencer. If you’re looking to book a place in advance, I would look here because it’s right at the heart of thunder on the strip and right in the action of all of the lake. As a lifelong Geneva resident I can’t tell you what it means to have someone who lives here take care of an amazing place. And it shows. Thanks everyone! Can’t wait to stop by in the summer!"
"The cottages are small but if your not planning on being in them all day, who cares. They are affordable. For Geneva, the place is in great condition and it has great AC that will freeze you out!! Even though the office is closed because of COVID the owners are very responsive to texts and calls. I have stayed in a lot of different places here in Geneva and this one of the best ones so far. I will definitely be using them again in the future."
"This was our first trip to Geneva on the Lake. What attracted me to the Beachstone Cottages was they were pet friendly. The cottage was clean, cute, and conveniently located to the strip. The owners were very friendly. My dog loved the space she had too to walk around in. I would defiantly go back. Also the beds were very comfortable."
