"Not worth the price. Check-in is at the Palms, not Petes. King size lake front room did not have a view of the lake. Woke up to a bunch of bugs around the window. We will not stay here again."

"Online site allowed me to book two rooms in June for September and took my payment. Received a call at end of July and advised 2 night stay was required due to event. Prices for rooms already way overpriced. Hotel wanted over 1k for 2 rooms. Had I known at time of booking I could have found another place to stay. Poor advertisement. Thankfully i was refunded the whole payment"
"DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR VACATION. I booked this hotel for 1 night at the beginning of April threw THEIR website. A whole month after having a confirmed reservation this place calls and informs me they now require 2 night minimum or they will cancel my reservation. I can't believe after a confirmed reservation and taking my money a reservation can be canceled by the hotel for no reason other than this is a big event and we are greedy."
