"Overpriced and management won’t work w you. Pay way too much for a one bedroom when 1 water is always getting shut off and 2 people steal stuff. I wouldn’t recommend living here at all unless you wanna pay 900-1000$ for a box"

"Lived here a few different times but this time we leased for 1 year. Rented an updated unit with two bedrooms. The master bedroom had a walk in closet and plenty of space to move around. The second bedroom was somewhat small but my roommate had no complaints. All updated appliances and hardwood floors except in the bedrooms. Management was always very nice and helpful. The only thing I disliked (maybe I'm nit-picking) was that the remodel of this unit seemed rushed. Flooring was not cut to the correct size around door frames, cabinet paint in the kitchen and bathroom started to chip and was difficult to clean, but the biggest issue was that our bathtub was installed incorrectly, slanting slightly, causing water buildup. This created a fly infestation. Management was quick to act, so they sent over an exterminator which took care of the problem. Instead of fixing the tub (which probably would have forced us to move to another apartment) they caulked everything to keep water out. In my opinion that is a band-aid fix, because the caulk was already peeling before our lease was up. I can only hope they will fix the bathroom before the next tenants move in. Overall, Piccadilly feels like home and I have loved living there. Every apartment has its pros and cons. This complex is great for first time renters, families with children, or someone looking for nice yet fairly priced housing. **Photo with carpet in the living room was taken in 2020, the second time I lived there. "This place has to be the worst place ever. Charging almost $1,000 a month for a moldy smelly apartment. If your kids leave their bikes out instead of giving them a bike rack to put their bikes in they throw away the kids bikes. If you want to grill outside they'll throw away your grill instead of giving you a designated grilling area. This place has no amenities but they charge top dollar find another place do not rent here ever. Property management will make fun of you if you complain while smiling in your face pretending to be nice"

"Absolutely the worst possible living conditions i’ve ever experienced!! I’ve had mold and water issues in my apartment that they “Attempted to fix” but never did. Gross lobby’s, unhelpful management. NEVER MOVE HERE!! absolutely disgusting living conditions. Also broke my lease due to all the water and mold and they are still making me pay 2,600$ to break a lease for a place that’s FLOODING!! AND FULL OF MOLD! PLACE IS A JOKE."
