"I'm not gonna sugar coat anything but be honest, I've been here for three years and I've experienced bad issues and still experiencing bad stuff but since we've got a new manager Dawn she's been very on her job helping to get things done and making sure her residents are getting taken care of but she can only do so much that the owner(s) allow her to do. If the owner(s) would allow them to do WHAT needs to be done to better this place, this place would be fixed up and the residences would be so happy. She's been the best manager we've ever had. Our maintenance Ron he's been the best we've had. He makes sure things are done and done properly and not half do things like other maintenances that we had. Dawn and Rob has been the best we had in a long time. I'm truly grateful for them and appreciate the work they do for this community. I hope we'll have them for years to come."
"I love being able to say the living experience here has improved so much with the new manager Dawn and Ron the maintenance guy. Both of them are working hard in so many ways. Yes there are some things that need to improve but it's mainly other people that live here. But thankfully Dawn is staying on top of it!! Glad to call this place home!!"

From building maintenance to landscaping. She is easy going & helpful. Everything You would want in a property manager. Keep up the good work."
"Location: Center of town, easy access to many stores, resturants, banks, & medical professional offices. Maintenance: Ron is efficient and prompt on many repairs and inspections. Management: Dawn is knowledgeable, thorough, and proficient on the yearly recertifications. Great Community of neighbors with lots of activities being held in our Community Room. Other things: Grill-outs in the Court Yard, Weekly Luncheons, Bible Study, Bingo, Holiday Dinners, and Christmas Baskets for the residents. Each Apartment gets a flowerbed to create a special place of our own."
"Dawn an Ron are very great people, you have a problem they work on it till it's fixed. Dawn has done a lot for us since she has been here. On her days off she sits with us and has coffee with some of us. This is a great place to live and I enjoy living here. It's very quiet and peaceful here."
