"Didn't like this Hotel Firstly staff were rude people were very loud I've complained multiple times about it and they didn't do anything as people still continuously were being loud on the 3rd floor above my room. Staff were rude towards me I asked if I could you the computer and they had said "no, you can not use your own".2ndly the pool area was dirty hair everywhere on the floor.Couldn't sleep due to the loud people above me.Room was clean and decent but the bathroom was small only had a toilet and a shower.Breakfast was okay not much options and okay food.I had stayed for 2 nights with loud people and nasty pool area and rude staff. We had also since we stayed two nights we had also asked for house keeping to clean our room a bit and they had told us they only have 3 housekeepers and they are busy and can't.And Staff we giving us weird looks and we're ignoring us when we asked for some more creamer cause they didn't have any left in the tray and after asking multiple times they had rudely got up and got some out of the cabinet and threw them in their and huffed and walked away. As well as their being beer and pills on the bottom floor when going down the back stair way I believe from 236 down to like I think to 131."

"I had the worst experience at this hotel. I was told how nice the Jacuzzi suites were so I gave it a try. We get there and are greeted with nothing but attitude and a required $200 deposit on top of paying for the room. The deposit was never even mentioned when booking the room. So already my relaxing weekend away was getting more stressful. Then I went up to the room (234) and I was so sad about what opened the door to. They told me it was the last one though so I stayed. I definitely should have just got my money back and went home. There was black on the ceiling outside of the shower. It looked like an animal chewed up the door and counter in the bathroom. The ceiling over the tub is falling apart. And the counter was broken and a cup was holding up the microwave. But i will say the beds were clean and very comfortable and the tub and shower were very clean as well. So maintenance is definitely lacking here bit housekeeping is doing their job to the best of their ability. I definitely won't be back."

"Just don't come here not worth 120 bucks a night!!! google says 4 stars but it's really like 2. Hallway carpet and walls are nasty, rooms are okay though they are roomy but matress are stained and nasty looking. Had noisy neighbors and the front desk was nice to move our room after 2 complaints. Pool room is barely heated and waters cold and very cloudy and definitely low on chlorine pool floors are as bad as the hallways. Do your research"

"Hotel was clean and bed was comfy. They close their breakfast bar at 9 A.M though (advertised till 10). We were there at 9:15 and got ran off fairly rudely. There was even still hot food out but I guess it was better suited for the garbage than our bellies. Pretty lame start to the day."
