"Was a nice quiet place when I moved in 2.5 years ago! Since then, not so much! People going way to fast through the parking lot, some people don't clean after their dog,haven't used the laundry in several months! Everytime I went to use it, half the machines were broke! Not enough machines for the number of people who live here! If you're not used to someone walking across the your ceiling, you should get an upstairs apartment! We do have a new manager,that just started a couple months ago! So! The one good thing is there's free heat! But at 849 per month for a small one bedroom apartment it should be! The place was built in 1962 and it shows!"
"Been living here for a little over a year. I Love my pet friendly apartment complex. Neighbors are friendly and quite. The office manager Tammy Booth is Amazing and very attentive. Anytime I need anything she's only a phone call away. My apartment has a very cozy home feeling. Love looking out my sliding doors and watching the sunset. It's one of my favorite things about my apartment."
"This place is absolutely garbage. Management is horrible. They don't answer calls ever or emails timely. Apartment was unfinished. Hot water stopped working after 2 weeks. Bathroom is disgusting. Do not rent here. Wish I could find out who owns the whole complex."
"If I could give zero stars I would. Went in for a tour because they said they had an available one unit. Filled out an application, and said they will be in touch by Friday. I heard nothing and called back the following Monday and left a voice message. Still no call back and it’s been over two weeks. VERY unprofessional. They also lie about having a pool. There was none on site!!!!!! Stay away from this place unless you want terrible service and ignored phone calls."
