"I was in town for a quick job. The person at the desk had trouble with everything working to charge my card. Not their fault, but someone should train them. The room was clean but smelled musty/moldy. The closet was full sized, and the beds were comfortable. It could use some updating. The drapes looked like moths got ahold of them. The only real complaint that I had was the tub. It needed some attention. I thought there was part of a bar of soap in the drain, but it was gauze. It also needs a good scrubbing/bleaching. I checked out a little after 5 in the morning, and the person at the desk didn't want to get out of their chair in the back room. Sorry, but I needed a receipt. She ended up being friendly. They need to pay better attention to breakfast items. Grabbed a couple of things to go, and my packaged muffin was moldy. Overall, my room was pretty clean, with no bugs, and it was quiet. I'd stay here again."
"Everything was good except, I got a room and thank goodness I got 2 beds . One bed is broken. And obviously, I sleep on the good bed. The front desk young lady, is absolutely so kind. She deserves a huge raise."
"5 stars even though it's not a 5 star hotel but it should be because the staff treat you like it is and that breakfast, omg it was amazing, now call me sheltered or whatever but I have traveled a lot and I've stayed in some nice hotels but this one has the nicest friendliest staff ever, from big cities to small towns and everywhere in between. From the front desk check in, to housekeeping, to the staff in the breakfast area, to checkout, well if only we could clone this staff and put them everywhere. I've honestly not had the friendly atmosphere ever from customer service, I hope I get to stay again sometime on my visits to Toledo"
