"Never rented here so I can't comment on the quality of living here. I do, however, have experience with the landlord, who makes it difficult to merely become a tenant. My partner and I filled out the application and were told we were put first on the waitlist for both 2 and 3 bedroom homes, but were told to continue checking in regularly. After a couple weeks of not being answered by phone or email, my partner finally got ahold of the landlord. She stated she just finalized someone to move in to a 2 bedroom and claimed we weren't waiting on a 2 bedroom, despite email correspondence stating otherwise. We decided we may have to postpone moving a month, after this let down, a 3 bedroom would be available early November. We figured we'd wait. My partner reached out the next day and was told that November wasn't certain, and to keep checking in. The whole management seems wishy washy and dont seem to have a clear idea of their properties and tenants. To save myself from dealing with these inconveniences as a renter and not just a prospective tenant: we chose to not move in."

"I have lived here 16 years going on 17 years. I could never imagine living anywhere else. It's so quiet here, the neighbor's are extremely friendly and the staff who work here are extremely kind and fair! I truly think this is awesome place to make it a long term home, a place to call your own."
