"Terrible overall experience with Alpha Dental. First to even get our referral over to them took about a month due to them being open 2 days. Second we were told one price over the phone $1450 for the work my wife needed to get done, then 5 minutes before we arrive at Alpha the price suddenly increased to $5000, then we got them to do partial work for $2800. Third Doctor Yuu wrote the prescription for the pain meds incorrectly which means that the pharmacy will not fill the prescription, despite my wife just having gone through oral surgery, now we are left with no way to get in contact with anyone from Alpha until Monday but that's just the call center located in Texas, so really we are left with no option until Thursday when Alpha reopens. Overall this is a clown show of a dentistry from first walking into the building to aftercare for SURGERY, I had high hopes due to their high reviews but now we are left with nothing but 2x the bill we were told over the phone on our first meeting and no pain medication for a surgery."

"I took my 19 yr old in for surgical extractions. They not only communicated the process of the procedure but gave great detail on post op. My son was nervous going in and ironically happy coming out. It’s been hours since his surgery and he’s doing amazing. Better than expected. I recommend this dental facility to anyone! Ps. The receptionist was informative, professional and really nice!"

"MAKE SURE YOU GET A SECOND OPINION BEFORE COMING HERE FOR SURGERY! This place does not do consult appointments which left a sour taste in my mouth. Went to a second dentist for a consult on my wisdom teeth removal and was told absolutely NOT to get them removed as they were so deeply rooted in the nerve I could have suffered complications like jaw paralyzation. Make sure you KNOW what you are getting into before you go in! Also, having to put down a copay just to even find out what times are available on a day to schedule is ridiculous. Glad I am not coming here! In response to the owner, I have worked with your establishment and the pictures are below. I was told by a young lady on the phone I needed to put down $20 of my $300 copay for this appointment before I could even get times. Here is proof of me working with you guys, and I demand a refund of my money. You guys are a total joke."
