"Please do not go here. I have never left a review somewhere before, but what they do is medical malpractice. I came here and had 4 fillings done, no problem. All 4 teeth now require root canals, because they are rotting out. None of my fillings were done correctly, causing my teeth to fill with puss without a way out. I missed a week of work, and i had to pay $2,000 to fix my front tooth before it fell out. This place takes advantage of people on Medicaid, because they know we can’t go anywhere else. I can’t find another dentist to even work on my teeth now, out of fear of liability. Please for the love of god don’t go here."

"IF YOU NEED A TOOTH PULLED, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! It is very difficult to deal with this place. You have to set up appointments through a Cleveland answering service that has no clue as to what the capabilities of the Akron facility are. My elderly father needs to have 5 teeth extracted. After waiting more than a month to be seen, they won't do the work even though the Cleveland office said tgey could. The Akron dentist we met with referred us to Metro Health oral surgery, which doesn't have any openings until July of 2024 (it's December 5th 2023 today! ) After telling us they couldn't do the extractionsn they still wanted to do an "exam" so they could charge us! We were at another dentist only a month ago (who doesn't do extractions) and had the records sent to Angel (Cleveland) Dental Institute. That's how we know he needs teeth pulled. We had X-rays, a scan & all sorts of history but they wouldn't do the work & told us the customer service people don't know what their doing other than to set an appointment. Now, after waiting over a month CDI, we have to start all over. They really don't seem to care that someone's suffering!"

"I would give them zero stars if I could. I have had nothing but problems with these people after they fix my root canal. I’m finding a new Dentist . I think that they rob insurance companies and they do scandalous stuff and I’m going to turn them in as well to the insurance company because there’s no way it should’ve took them four separate office visits for one root canal. He’s doing absolutely nothing but cleaning out my tooth and putting a temporary filling on it then rescheduling the appointment saying “”it took longer than he thought, and he has to see another patient” he has done this twice and then the last time because I grind my teeth —he fixed one other tooth but that took maybe 20 minutes and then clean the same tooth out that he’s already cleaned out twice and put another temporary filling in which completely fell out of my mouth because it was that cheap stuff that you can get over-the-counter.He did not even put it down right in my tooth and that stuff fell out in a day and I ate nothing for the rest of the day because he fixed it at 4 PM . There’s no way it should’ve fell out. Then I had to get my night guard done at another dentist office because they said that “they were trying to get it prior authorization through my insurance company but they weren’t responding back” and then expect me to pay out-of-pockeT and said that “ I needed the night guard or it was going to keep chipping my teeth” . So I went to another dentist and guess what in two weeks they got it approved and said that no one ever put in a request to the insurance company. I talked to the lady from my insurance company directly after hearing this disturbing information and she confirmed that they never received anything from Angel Dental about a night guard only the root canal. So they are crooks. Mind you this is all in the middle of trying to get this tooth fixed that he’s been working on for going on six months on one root canal. The problem is Since it was already approved through them, and they started working on it — I would have to pay out-of-pocket if I go to another dentist so I’m stuck with them. I want to get it done and I’m done. Please save yourself time, money, and energy and find you a good dentist. Yes I wrote a book and there’s so much more to the story, but I’ll just stop here. I just don’t understand how it’s legal to get away with this stuff that they’re doing."

"I called several times to make an appointment. Ive left a message, they still never called me back. Everytime you call it goes straight to voicemail. Would NOT recommend this dentist. I would try Great Expression Dental! Very helpful and wonderful customer service."

"Went here yesterday for a consultation. Was prescribed antibiotics and mouth rinse. They gave me two for mouth rinse and I've been calling all day today and even after leaving yesterday to call my pharmacy and fix the problem. It STILL HASN'T BEEN DONE and I'm in pain, they do not seem to care. This just makes my faith in what they do the much less. Terrible"
