"Dr Pablo is fantastic! I was stressed about having cavities but there are none and we're set up to do preventative work to make sure it stays that way. He also has a great sense of humor. All the staff is really sweet and it was really quick. Totally recommend going here"
"I travel almost an hour to come to this dentist office because of the quality service that they give. Their staff is extremely friendly, empathetic, and very helpful. From the front desk, through check out, every person i interact with is kind and respectful. I've NEVER had a dental experience like this before. They always address my concerns. During each visit they informed me the entire time what they were doing and gave me an approximate time frame when we would be done. I have high anxiety so having this information helps calm me down through each procedure. They always make sure I am not in pain while I'm having dental work done, I have issues with numbing and they pay attention to that and make sure I'm comfortable. My only gripe is it some times takes some time in the waiting room BUT they are a walk in welcome facility so that is to be expected during walk in hours. Which is actually really nice if you have an emergency. They always apologize for any delays. I will continue to come here for any dental concerns and HIGHLY recommend Cleveland Dental Institute in Akron on Arlington. Thank you for helping me!"
"Over the past 5-7 years my oral health has struggled to the point I needed new teeth. CDI, seen me as a walk-in, & within 3 weeks I had new teeth. From the first visit, to my surgery yesterday I’ve been treated with dignity and respect by all. The front desk girls are fabulous, (if you treat them right), and the dental staff are truly phenomenal. They make you feel at ease prior to doing anything on your mouth. Finally, to the folks who degraded there building because of a window, or speed or service, etc. Shame on you, these guys treat you the way you treat them. There human, be humble, trust the process, and know they truly have your best interests. Thanks again to the amazing staff."
