"Dr. Solooki is amazing! I had to have an extraction today; first time in the office, and it was very painless. I’ve had an extraction and filling in the past and this went smoother then both of the combined. Shaunda (I apologize as I may have spelled that wrong) his assistant was so friendly and amazing as well. This office definitely deserves 5 stars!"
"Love Dr. Solooki but all of the dental hygienists are too rough. The last one spent 5 full minutes just scraping my 2 front teeth until the bleeding stopped her from being able to see. Then proceeded to tell me I needed to floss more so I wouldn’t bleed. They used to use high tech equipment that made the cleaning easier but reverted back to only manual stainless steel tools after COVID. I had to switch to the Dental Excellence of Green and have never been happier."
"The Doctors at this location are TOP Notch if you need orthodontics or oral surgery. They are a one stop shop and the convenience of this for customer service is excellent and appreciated. The Doctors and Office Manager at this location have turned my experience into a positive one!! Dentures is a tough thing to go through and they are helping me get through it positively!!"
"I really liked going there. I have been a patient for 10+ years. I had to reschedule my appointment due to a change with my son’s Christmas concert. I changed my December appointment back in November as soon as I found out about the concert. They said I would have to wait a month due to the schedule being full and I couldn’t get in til January. I said that was fine and made a new appointment for January. Today I got a call from Megan. She was obviously aggravated at their call center for double booking my appointment. That’s not my fault. She then tells me that I can’t get in until April now. She also said it was my fault because I had to change my appointment. I will now be finding a new dentist. Megan needs to watch her attitude with patients."
